Sehr freundliche Begrüßung mit vielen Tipps zur Umgebung. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr schön renoviert. Parken in der nebenan liegenden Tiefgarage möglich. Direkt in der Stadt gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch der Main ist ganz nah. Neu renoviert mit sehr schönem hellem Bad. Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksangebot ok, aber ausbaufähig. Im Haus gibt es ein großes Restaurant.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Nahe zum Fluß befindet sich dieses nette Hotel mit Restaurant. Die Dame im Empfang empfing und mit einem charmanten Lächeln und erklärte uns die Modalitäten des Hauses und wir konnten ein schönes Zimmer mit seitlicher Ausrichtung beziehen. Großes Bett, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, alles da und doch wohnlich eingerichtet. Einzig das Badzimmer war etwas beengt, aber im Rahmen. Wir haben sehr gut und ruhig schlafen können, waren mit Hotel, besonders dem Service und der Preisgestaltung sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder hierher zurück!

Apple Maps could not find this place. Ended up behind the entrance but could find the place across the road. Google maps stepped into the breach. Well run. Helpful staff. Clean tidy. Comfortable bed. Reasonable sized room . Close enough to most things

We stayed at this hotel for one night after visiting the impressive Residenz. Car parking is available in a public carpark close by. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning was useful as it was a warm night. The hot water was a bit tepid but otherwise everything was fine. We had a good dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast was fine.

Lovely location and the room was ok. Only complaint which I am posting as it was such a different experience than the normal Bavarian hospitality we know and love. Receptionists were lovely. Extremely rude waitress, practically threw a cup of hot tea at me because I dared to ask for something instead of earl grey. Spilt everywhere. Despite me apologising for confusion about ‘breakfast tea’ she made it her mission to be as nasty as possible, not just to me but to the couple we were sat there with us, we had a German speaker with us and we were guest so the hotel, but that didn’t seem to make much difference. won’t be going again. Shame.

Für ein drei Sterne Hotel ok, aber der Frühstücks-Service nicht. Der Raum zum Frühstücken erschien mir zunächst zu klein für die Bettenanzahl. War aber zu keiner Zeit zu voll, jedoch nur eine Kaffeemaschine und dauerhaften Wartezeiten. Die verlassenen Tische werden nur nach Aufforderung neu eingedeckt !!! Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich ausgestattet. Mein Preis von 124€ plus Frühstück von 15€ halte ich für nicht angemessen.

Had we any idea of the difficulty, we would have planned far in advance or, more likely, selected a different property. Hotel staff work very hard, and the result is a very clean, well run hotel, with everything you need, given that it is three-star lodging. In other words, you can expect a small shower stall (but strong, hot water), only the necessary towels, and one extra large, fluffy pillow. For the hotel's size size, breakfast is decent, and there is unlimited coffee which does not compensate for there being no coffee in the guest room. Six of us traveled together, and the breakfast area is not set up for room to spare at busy hours. At the front desk, staff worked hard to answer questions, indicating directions on their maps, and making worthwhile suggestions. This is not a fancy hotel. But were we to come here again without a vehicle, we would stay here again. With a vehicle, we would speak with the hotel first to assure that they would have a spot for us.
