歐洲這麼多年，碰到過最無禮和最不作為的前台了，為美麗的城市和酒店添堵。很奇怪這麼差的前台服務（不止一人），酒店老闆竟然還會留用。不會再來住了，失望至極

Wir haben für einen Zwischenstopp eine Nacht in Würzburg verbracht. Die Lage des Hotels bietet sich für einen Spaziergang in den Weinbergen an. Wir haben dort einen super Sonnenuntergang mit herrlichem Blick auf Würzburg erlebt. Das Menue im Restaurant des Hotels war absolut spitzenmäßig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

in den Weinbergen von Würzburg. Diese Lage mit dem tollen Blick auf die Stadt und den Main ist beeindruckend. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eindrucksvoller Service...Danke dafür. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sehr schön, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und es gibt fast alles. Extrawünsche werden entgegen genommen. Hätte auch 5 Sterne gegeben aber beim Abendessen ist noch Luft nach oben. Sehr salzarm, fast geschmacksneutral kamen die Gerichte. Hie hätten wir uns etwas mehr Gewürz/Raffinesse gewünscht. Ansonsten immer gerne wieder

Es ist eine Freude in der Steinburg Gast zu sein. Tolles Personal, sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, sehr gute Kenntnisse bei Rückfragen. Der Küchenchef + Team zauberte uns ein himmlisches Menü, trotz meiner vielen Allergien, einfach perfekt.

Wunderschönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit einem super freundlichem Team aus Mitarbeitern und Servicekräften. Frühstück war sehr lecker 10/10 Abendessen (3 Gang-Menü) war für uns Sterneniveau! Alleine deswegen würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend, helfen beim Koffer tragen und haben es uns ermöglicht noch 1 weitere Nacht zu verlängern, obwohl es im Internet nicht möglich war. Im Vorfeld hatte ich auf Allergien beim Essen hingewiesen, dies wurde alles berücksichtigt und wurde vorab schon mit der Küche abgeklärt. Ganz lieben Dank dafür! Betten und Zimmer tiptop, Schwimmbad super, Preis/Leistung angemessen
