Die Lage ist prima, vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer sind groß genug und das Bad ebenfalls. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Würzburg ist eine Reise wert, besonders zu empfehlen ist die Residenz, unbedingt ansehen. Ein Brückenschoppen sollte auch zum Programm gehören ( nur wenn man Wein trinkt )

Nettes, zentral gelegenes Hotel in der Würzburger Innenstadt. Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service. Mein Zimmer war frisch renoviert (die neu hergerichteten Zimmer sind die "Classic"-Zimmer) und zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und mit bequemem Bett. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Es gibt auch einen Automaten mit Getränken und kleinen Snacks. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, danke!

The room was spacious, furniture and fittings a bit worn. The bathroom/shower, however, was unacceptable, black mold and the shower gel dispenser hadn't been cleaned for weeks, also moldy and dirty. There was no response to my complaint when checking out.

The hotel is very centrally located and the sights are within easy walking distance. Parking is available in a public parking garage around the corner with a small discount per day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the rooms were not available until 3 p.m. About the rooms: There is no elevator and we were in rooms on the 2nd floor that had not been renovated. The rooms were large and the bathroom had been renovated, but they had a 90s charm. Ditto for the rooms for the rest of the family. The breakfast was OK, but there is a ready-made sausage/cheese or cheese platter to choose from. Cereal is very limited and there are only boiled eggs. The selection of bread rolls was good, however. All in all, only 3 stars for the price.

I had paid for the hotel but then moved to another hotel at around 11 p.m. I would like to mention that I did not book the room in advance but at around 8 p.m. I am attaching pictures which I even showed the gentleman at reception because *********** had shown me that the room was still available. However, I did not get the room shown to *********** but an old and unrenovated room (see pictures). At first you might think that this is okay for one night. However, this room also had a smell which I could not identify and I could not have spent the night there. A refund of the cost of the unused room could not be made because the room could have been rented out to someone else. Note: booked for 8 p.m. and reception is no longer manned after 10 p.m. No comment was made as to why breakfast cannot be refunded.
