I have stayed 145 days at Transcorp hilton abuja visiting the executive lounge almost everyday to observe and experience the excellent attention and service of the receptionist lady Miss Ane who works with such a professional spirit, attitude and dedication to her position to fulfill maximum expectations of guests and obviously unfailingly on her duties to the management as well. Guests arrive after a long flight most of the time are tired and expect reception to attend guest’s immediate need of securing the room. She treats all of them first with a smile to refreshen yourself and then expediting the allocation of your room which is what a guest is badly in need of or extension of stay, from the reception rather than hanging around at the counter. She is an asset to the establishment and someone you would love to meet at the executive lounge reception.
