環境很好，我們到的時候都晚上11點了，老闆一直在等着，10點多還打電話關心我們走到哪裡了。也很耐心的給我們介紹遊覽線路。我們要去的寺廟比較遠還專門接送。很滿意的一次住宿，下次來還住他家

民宿的硬件，那當然不可與星級酒店的標準來衡量，它清潔，服適，等還是可以的，這地理位置與價格，，在五台山景區內，性價比是超高！
它的服務，是實實在在加分的，老闆娘本人信佛，慈悲為懷，對每一位往客都關懷自止，對顧客如同親人，入住五台山梵音殊民宿，如同回家！
有緣相遇，不求長久，真誠就好！

優點:交通便利，門口就是8路公交車站，老闆還算熱情，整體衞生情況還行。
缺點:晚上天花板吊頂裏面有老鼠在跑，作為國慶節600多訂的民宿（還是對比了好幾家選的），這點實在是忍不了。

初見內心如千馬奔騰，穿過一樓油味和就餐客人的餐廳上二樓，衞浴龍頭研究了半天，開關破損且動不動往下掉，洗面盆上水龍頭四處噴水，衞生間水流溢岀來在房間，小心翼翼走怕摔倒，改造房間隔音全無，凌晨1點半開始不知𠕇什麼聲音一直響……唯一值得表揚老闆娘服務態度還是值得表揚！但硬件設施實在不行。

完全就是村鎮裏自己隨意裝修一下開的旅館床單被罩都有污漬窗户還是開在樓道里的有異味有煙味還不隔音唯一好的就是給一次性毛巾和小浴巾了家庭式旅館晚上也沒前台到處堆放的都是雜物我也不知道怎麼敢要300以上的整個台懷鎮都這麼個樣子不加強住宿條件就生要大幾百一晚的房價説實話如果還可能再去五台山的話不會糾結了找個最便宜的也就這樣了
