We enjoyed our stay here. The suite was huge and really made us comfortable - and being on the 5th floor we had a lovely view too. Breakfast was perfectly adequate - fruit, yoghurt, a few pastries, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, and the usual Chinese fare. The pools and hot springs were lovely too but limited shade at the pools. Because both outdoor pools are completely uncovered, you're swimming in luke warm water by 10am. There is also limited seating - with metal chairs, mostly left in the sun. More shade would make it even better. But the pools are clean and we loved our swimming time. The other thing I found annoying - the hotel is not cheap but you still have to pay an additional fee to rent the floaties - this would be a lovely free thing. Lunch was reasonable - only a limited choice of Chinese dishes. Dumplings and sweet and sour pork were delicious. Dinner was a bit disappointing. Very few dishes available, otherwise only barbecue. The meat offered was quite fatty and overpriced. Beer was well priced but could have been colder. Staff were friendly and helpful although no English, so if you can't speak Chinese, this will make it difficult. We will stay again.

Checked in late that day and rushed to the hot springs. During the period, all the service staff were very warm and friendly. The hot spring pool is not too much, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff will also personally send tea, super warm heart. The room hygiene is also very good, two big and two small stays in the twin bed often share the bed. But there are few impressions of such a clean hotel under the bed. The room is spacious, the windows are bright and clean, the mountain view is beautiful, and the living is very comfortable. A wise choice to come to Yixing.

We booked a family room, which was very large and comfortable. There was an amusement park next to it, which was a bit noisy at night. I called the customer service and asked them to help me deal with it. Because the rooms were full during the May Day holiday, a very good customer service representative (whose name I forgot) managed to change us to a lake view room the next day, which was not noisy at night. My daughter went to the hot spring twice, and the waiters there were very kind, answering all questions and providing thoughtful service. We made a purple clay teapot for the May Day activity, and the children were very happy. When we checked out, Sister Wei Wen gave us a small gift for our baby. My daughter said that the review must be given five stars to be worthy of it.

We traveled during the off-peak May Day holiday, so there weren't many people and the experience was great. When we checked in, we saw that we brought a child with us, so we upgraded to a parent-child room for free. A staff member helped us with our luggage and took us to the room. The parent-child room was spacious and had a small slide. The window faced the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and the view was great. Except for the largest outdoor hot spring, which was not open, all the others were open, and the children had a lot of fun. There was also a movie theater, gym, and children's playground next to it. You can register a small card per person at the front desk, and you can go to the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area for free from 5pm to 6:30pm. We had dinner at the hotel, with three dishes for two adults and one child, and the price was very affordable. New Year's Day parent-child travel, specially choose the hot spring hotel to bring children to play. The hotel and Yixing International Conference Center Hotel are together. Have breakfast and soak in the public soup pool Children's Paradise have to go to the Yixing International Conference Center. But I fancy the private soup room of this hotel. When I booked it, I chose the cliff view and bamboo forest view. I specially chose the expensive bamboo forest view. Although it said that the private soup room hot spring bath time was from 1 pm to 10 pm, but the location of this private soup, It's a bit embarrassing for me. In terms of environment, the room is clean and tidy, the room is not small, the central air conditioning is also very hot, and the overall is very comfortable. The staff was also very warm and thoughtful. I saw that I was alone with the little boy to go to the soup, and helped the children change clothes, helped to send them to the soup pool, and looked after the children, very intimate. Dinner was settled at the hotel, the food tasted good, a New Year's Eve meal, and saw fireworks, returned to the room at night, while watching the fireworks while soaking, it was also a rare experience.
