It started with check-in taking way too long (10 minutes wait and 5 more minutes to receive my room card as there was only was staff at the check-in). Service throughout my stay is cold as it was impossible to discover a smile on either of the staff’s faces. Breakfast was just okay - no complaints. All-in-all a cold and unfriendly atmosphere at the hotel

Service was great, everybody very friendly and helpful. The buffet was also nice.
The location is excellent, close to Lake Tai, Turtle Head Island; Li Garden is in walking distance.
Would definitely stay there again.

Very close to Li Lake. I booked a standard room on a business trip. The bed was very soft and comfortable. You can also see the lake from the room. The hotel is elegant and close to the scenic area. Liyuan is 500 meters away. Cassie at the front desk helped upgrade the room for free and gave two elderly people fruits. Parking is free. The swimming pool is shared with Marriott. It's pretty good.
