The hotel's TV can be projected, and the TV is super large. When you order takeout, a robot can deliver it. When the takeout arrives at the door, the robot will call to notify you. It is very intelligent. The bed in the hotel is also very comfortable, with four pillows, which are very soft. The service of the lady at the front desk is good, and a fruit plate is given when you check in. The experience is superb!

I decided to go to Wuxi on the spur of the moment. I weighed the options and chose this Orange Hotel, but it was not as good as I imagined. When the navigation was about to arrive, I only saw the Atour X Hotel next to it, thinking that I had gone the wrong way... In contrast, the hotel logo was a bit too small. The parking lot must have a car out before it is allowed to enter. It was already 10:30 in the evening. I waited for half an hour and contacted the hotel front desk to help solve this problem. The front desk learned that I was booking a room on Ctrip and helped me upgrade the room for free. The hotel introduction said that it opened in 2023, but the interior of the hotel is not very new, and the low floor height in the corridor is a bit depressing. The hygiene in the room is not meticulous. There is scale on the faucet on the mirror, and even stains on the wall similar to cola or something splashed on it. I just took a picture of the faucet and other dust and didn't say anything. The sound insulation effect of the room is very poor. The conversation outside is clear. In the middle of the night, there was a sound of dragging chairs and pulling tables upstairs. Fortunately, the front desk immediately negotiated with the other party to solve it, which is good. The automatic curtains in the room were not closed after being drawn, and I was awakened by the dazzling light at dawn at five in the morning. Let's talk about breakfast. When I booked the room, I specifically booked a price that included two breakfasts, but it was not worth the nearly 100 yuan difference... It's better not to eat it. In addition to the small number of breakfast varieties, the taste is also terrible. Even the simplest tea eggs tasted wrong, and the milk and soy milk were as bland as water... The cherry tomatoes were not cleaned... Maybe my expectations were too high in the beginning.

I arrived at almost 10 in the morning. Since there were no king-size rooms, the front desk lady upgraded me to a superior king-size room. The room was very nice and big, with a full set of smart home appliances that could be controlled by Xiaodu. There was a small refrigerator under the table with 2 bottles of iced mineral water, which was also very good. There is a laundry room on the 21st floor with a washing machine and a dryer, which is very convenient for going out on hot days. You don't have to worry about your clothes not drying after washing or leaving them unwashed and getting smelly. The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and toothpaste are all orange-flavored, and it really deserves to be called the "Orange Hotel"~

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and can introduce tourist routes and special food in a targeted manner according to the guests' travel time. The hotel lobby has a tea drink with the characteristics of Orange Hotel, which is very warm. The guest rooms are fully equipped and can meet the needs of guests. The bathroom shower has a large water flow, and the three adjustment functions can meet the different needs of guests. It is worth the money. I will choose Orange Hotel again on my next trip.

The elevators are a bit confusing, some are for Atour only, some are shared with Atour, and some are for Juzi only. Friends should look carefully before going up, otherwise they can't get there even if they swipe the room card. The suite is quite large, and the height of the living room is a bit depressing. The dressing table is my favorite, which is very considerate and will be very needed by the sisters. The cleaning aunt gave welcome fruit the next day, thank you! Parking can be parked on the ground, there are many parking spaces, and there are also basements, which are very large, but... You can't grab them at night, the club next door is parked here, and the parking space is shared with Atour. There are charging piles, but few. 🌳Environment: Although it is at the intersection, the floors are high, and it is more friendly to light sleepers. However, there is a KTV on the 29th floor, and there is also a club next door (it seems) that will be more lively at night. 🍽️Meals: The main purpose of this trip was to eat Xiaolongbao, so I declined the hotel's breakfast service.

Well, what can I say? I didn't get the last room I was assigned at the beginning, so I was asked to change to another one. The bathroom of the new room had a strong smell, but it was solved later. The staff called the room to express their condolences and sent fruits. The service was up to par, so it was generally okay.

The room was quite large, consistent with the hotel's description, and the sanitary environment was OK. It rained on the day I checked in, so I ordered takeout. When the delivery person arrived, he told me that he had handed it over to the front desk of the hotel, and that a robot would deliver the food. I called the front desk to ask for instructions. It was said that the food was delivered by the waiter, but in fact, just call the room number to confirm and communicate. Sure enough, after waiting for a long time, the food was not delivered. When I opened the door and heard that the food was being delivered in the guest room next door, I felt that it was delivered to the wrong person. Later, the waiter returned to us. At the door of the guest room, luckily the takeaway has not been opened yet, otherwise it would be so embarrassing~😟
