Very beautiful and big room. Breakfast spread is wonderful too. The service staff 小张 and 小李 at the reception counter are marvelous with superb service.

We are still waiting for the deposit which we were tomd will be deposited back to the credit card. Its almost 2 months

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin.
Everything else also on a very good standard.

We have stayed before in other Intercontinental in China but the one in Wuxi was amazing I travel for business in China and staying at a good hotel is important to have a good rest after a hard working day. Our house keeper Alli Dai.did and awsome job and made pur days pleasant.

Room was not cleaned after previous guest at check in, late at night!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was super comfortable! A good location for visiting tourist attractions in Wuxi, relatively close to the lake too. The breakfast was decent, there was a lot of Chinese options but not too many western breakfast options. The staff are helpful and friendly too. I would recommend staying here.
