In order not to let the guests wait for a long time, the waiter can deliver it in person. I can understand the food safety issue, but as a guest, my experience is really poor. Second, the service level First of all, the service attitude is good, but they don’t take the work to heart at all, giving people a feeling of absent-mindedness. Continuing from the previous article, I went downstairs to pick up a takeaway. I was looking for where my takeaway was. I was walking in the hotel lobby and looking around. There was a waiter diagonally in front of me. I almost passed him, but he didn't even ask me what I was looking for or if I needed help. In the end, I looked around to no avail and asked him, "Hello, where is the takeaway?" Then I found it. I won't compare it with other five-star hotels, but just the Hilton in another second-tier city where I stayed the day before I came to Wuxi. As soon as I entered the hotel, the waiter on duty at the door took the initiative to ask us if we needed help, and then took us to check in. In addition to the time when we first entered the door, as long as we walked near them, they would take the initiative to come over and ask if we needed help. They really would respond to your requests, even if you didn't ask. Maybe it's because the experience before and after my two-day stay was too different, so I'm so picky. Secondly, we checked in our luggage and checked in at noon, and came to pick it up in the afternoon. There were two suitcases and a backpack. I gave the luggage storage card to the front desk, but the front desk staff couldn't find the other suitcase after searching for a long time. In the end, we went in to find it ourselves. I have been traveling in various cities recently, and this hotel is the only one where I couldn't find my luggage after checking in. How can I not be speechless?
