Very good service, check in/out very smooth. The hotel room is still ok, but the gym need a redecoration and should supply some cleaning tissues for the equipment

I had a great stay here. Very nice hotel. Easy to find. Great breakfast. Great service. Excellent room. I Loved the room and the bathtub especially. The tv had a great mix of foreign and Chinese shows. The shower was amazing as well. Tons of good places nearby to order from as well. Stellar for the money.

Very spacious corner room. Room is clean and well ventilated. Buffet breakfast is good but wonder why there was no option for 2 pax (only 1 pax included) during booking. Not many variety but food is tasty! Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay for 2 nights

The room smells very bad, and there are a lot of water stains on the table. The front desk service attitude is not very good. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels for the first time and I feel like I owe you money. I don't recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children. The breakfast is average.

I needed two disposable shower caps at night, but they were not delivered from 10 o'clock the next day. I called the front desk twice but it was useless. The breakfast the next day was still terrible. There was very little food. The placemats were used by one group of guests, but they were not changed. The next group of guests continued to ask. I asked the waiter and he said that they were like this. The problem was that the forks and spoons used by the previous guests were placed on the mats, and the people behind continued to use them? There was no ambiguity about charging 60 yuan for children over 120 cm tall. The breakfast quality was so bad and the price was so high!

Very good hotel, bought the Three Kingdoms Water Margin City package, the Japanese food store on the first floor is also very good, the occupancy rate is very high, many rooms were not cleaned at 2 o'clock, the front desk service is very good, our three rooms were moved to the same floor, and one room was upgraded for free, the garden behind the hotel has a nice view, the only thing that is not good is the hotel buffet breakfast, there are not many varieties, the taste is average.

The hotel is large and clean, with relatively convenient transportation. The swimming pool is nice, the breakfast is a bit small, and I forgot to take the earphones when I checked out. The hotel found them and sent them to me. The service is very good. It is worth staying.
