Room smell is no good…

Very good service, check in/out very smooth. The hotel room is still ok, but the gym need a redecoration and should supply some cleaning tissues for the equipment

I had a great stay here. Very nice hotel. Easy to find. Great breakfast. Great service. Excellent room. I Loved the room and the bathtub especially. The tv had a great mix of foreign and Chinese shows. The shower was amazing as well. Tons of good places nearby to order from as well. Stellar for the money.

Very spacious corner room. Room is clean and well ventilated. Buffet breakfast is good but wonder why there was no option for 2 pax (only 1 pax included) during booking. Not many variety but food is tasty! Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay for 2 nights

Hygiene is super dirty The room we booked smelled like cigarettes. I waited on the phone for half an hour before the aunt came. She excused herself by saying that they had been in there the whole time and couldn't smell anything. It was ventilated until after nine o'clock in the evening. There was still a strong smell of smoke when entering the door. Let three other people, including men and women, compare the smell with their room. I called the front desk at night and reported that the smell of cigarette smoke was still very strong. I waited for a long time but still no solution or feedback. Then offered to change rooms The room I changed was big and smelly, but it was extremely dirty. There were hair all over the sink, countertop, and bathtub. I don’t know if they had been cleaned. The photos were taken without using the room.

The facilities are OK, but the hygiene is poor. There are foreign objects on the breakfast tableware, moths flying on the plates, and the Japanese food on the first floor also makes you have diarrhea after eating. If the customer is not staying in this hotel, I will definitely not stay there next time.
