Pullman Wuxi New Lake Reviews

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Wuxi Xin Qu (Wuxi New Area) train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Considering how warm Wuxi can get in summer, I would have appreciated a few more bottles of the complimentary drinkable water (only 2 small bottles were made available in a double bed room). Apart from this, everything was OK - in line with the Pullman/Accor Hotels standards.

Mike at the front desk is so nice and he upgraded my room and prepared the receipt for me when I check out. Thanks Mike!

This weekend we've stayed in Wuxi one day. I'd checked lots of hotels, and we selected Pullman hotel at this time. The choice was correct, service was very good. All of employee were very kind. Inside of room also very clean. Breakfast was very delicious, my son also liked to eat food. If I go to Wuxi next time, I will choose Pullman hotel again.

Convenient and nice

Disappointed with this hotel, check in was painful. Stayed in executive room with access to executive lounge, food was ok but lack of beverages even when asked the staff. The lifeguard at the Swimming pool was preventing any type of fun in between him being on his cell phone which occupied most of his time

There were a lot of flight delays at Wuxi Shuofang Airport, so I changed my flight and decided to stay in Wuxi for one night. I found a Pullman hotel very close to the airport. The hotel is a bit old. According to today's standards, the hardware is a bit backward, but the service level of Pullman staff is still online. There is a Wanda near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food when you bring your kids.

The room is clean, the facilities are a little old, it is close to the High-tech Zone Management Committee, and it is convenient to do business. There is a parking lot, parking is convenient, there are many types of breakfast, and the taste is also OK

The whole design of the lobby is matched with a familiar scent (BYREDO No Man's Land Rose), which instantly made me feel good. The interior is like an art space. In my impression, Guiyang is not a fashionable and developed city, but this hotel is surprisingly novel and unique, with a distinct style, low-key on the outside and luxurious on the inside. Fashion, exquisiteness, artistic sense, and sensory points are all in my aesthetic point, and every shot is a blockbuster.

Facilities: The breakfast restaurant on the 2nd floor is newly renovated and pretty good. There were a lot of people during the May Day holiday, and the emergency measures were in place. Hygiene: neat and tidy. Cleaning was timely. Environment: The hotel is Wanda! The ice cream truck on the first floor of the hotel, the chocolate ice cream is delicious! There is a swimming pool on the 7th floor, operated by a third party, and the front desk seems to be not very smart. Service: The aunt who cleans the room is very thoughtful and works quickly. The restaurant service is also good. Praise Li Wen. Overall satisfaction! The noodles on the 2nd floor at noon are not bad!

Service: Breakfast during the May Day holiday included steamed dumplings, but only one person was making them and didn't care how many dumplings each guest took. One steamed dumpling was made every 10 minutes and then everyone took it away. I didn't get to eat the steamed dumplings for over an hour. Hygiene: The room I stayed in was already occupied. I made the bed again and got a fruit plate. I also got a discount and thought everything was resolved. Facilities: I found that there was no shower gel when I took a shower. I can't believe it's a five-star hotel.

Stayed here for the second time, but because of the May Day holiday, the experience was not very good! The hotel gave me a souvenir, which was small but very interesting, and the check-in was also very fast! There were more people in the executive lounge than on weekends, and my favorite small cake was not as delicious as last time! Breakfast was the most frustrating, but it can be seen that the staff has tried their best to coordinate, but the queue for the steamed buns was too long, and the meal buns were not supplied in time. I hope it can be improved. I will go there on weekends next time!
