Wuxi Youjia Homestay (Railway Station) Reviews

Location was walkable from nearest metro station. Nice zen look and feel for accomodation. Lady host was very friendly and even offered a free accomodation upgrade for me. Room was spacious and comfortable to stay in. Recommended to stay without a doubt!

The only hostel I’ve stayed in china that truly doesn’t allow smoking. Zero scent of cigarette smoke, which is lovely. That said, mattress might need a change at some of the beds, coz mine was sinking in the middle (on top of being thin), so my back ached a lil after waking up. From the photo I thought its thicker, else I might have picked another hostel that’s closer to train station. This one is close enough, but still requires 10min walking (without luggage)

Location is beautiful next to a historic waterway, and can be a bit dark at night. Place is fairly old with signs of wear and tear. However every level of the building is beautifully decorated and coveys the rich chinese culture and heritage in a tasteful way. Room had issues with hot water, and toilet was tiny so not recommended to close door for tall people. However the distance to the high speed rail and subway is extremely convenient, and with cheap food delivery the experience is still overall good.

The place is really close to Wuxi railway station, so it’s super easy to get there by foot. The room is very comfortable and you also have various shared spaces where to drink tea or relax. The staff was also very helpful and explained us everything about how to reach Ling Shan Buddha

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay in Wuxi during my recent trip to China. The location is strategic, being not too far from Suzhou train station and close to a public bus station, making it convenient for travel. The accommodation was clean and neat, providing a comfortable stay. What stood out to me the most was the exceptional service from the host and staff. I forgot to bring my international converter, and they went above and beyond to help me find a new one. Their assistance was greatly appreciated, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Wuxi.

+ Central location (~10 min walk from Wuxi Railway Station) + The house and the rooms are ‘zenly’-decorated + Lady boss is friendly and nice + Karaoke room, washing machine, computers, game room are available for free - great for family or groups - The location wasn’t the most accurate on Baidu map - The shower temperature in my room was slightly difficult to regulate

This hotel is surely an interesting one. A traditional in a modern area. Almost everything in this hotel is amazing, except their location may be a bit hidden. However if you want to have a great, clean, and full support once you arrive in new city like WuXi, then this hotel its.

Not easy to find the entrance as map dont bring u to the entrance. Room is clean, no lift but the lady help me to bring up and down, very good service and friendly. Highly recommended.

It’s a very rustic place and calm ambiance while being in the heart of the city. You can easily enjoy the quiet environment. It is a bit difficult to find the entrance but you can call the hotel, they are very helpful in guiding you to the hotel.

Located next to railway station and transportation hub (metro and bus). May need a bit of finding as entrance is not facing the main road.
