Very clean and cosy hotel to stay in. Room is very spacious and comfortable too.

Located along Nanchang Street, with many food options around. Serene area and easy to call didi to travel out of the area. Front desk is friendly, room is clean.

Excellent service. My child choked the toilet at night, a front desk staff helped clean up and adamantly refused a tip. Tried to tip again at checkout, a different staff refused too. Staff were patient with instructions and advice for standard questions, surpass expectations for help extended for my parcel deliveries.

The hotel location is great. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The direct entrance to the hotel lobby is under construction so we have to cross a bridge with our luggage. But the staff come out to help us carry the luggage to cross the bridge. It helps so much. And they even borrow us umbrella once it starts raining.

Thank you for the comfortable stay! Would be nice if the toilet seat is auto warm according to the weather…

Insufficient onsite parking

This is a great hotel with great location and excellent service. This hotel really surprised us with the feeling of so homely, we will definitely come back to Atour in our next visit.

I have stayed in Atour several times, and the front desk service here is the best. Whether it is check-in or check-out, it is thoughtful and friendly, making people feel like spring breeze (this allows me to ignore the following problems: hygiene defects, the hair dryer is very dirty... hardware problems that cannot be changed, the window is very close to the restaurant next door, and they have already helped me upgrade the room)

Atour S series is the best. It is very convenient to the scenic spots in Nanchang Street, Wuxi. The soundproofing of the room is OK. It is in the scenic area but not noisy. The service attitude is quite good, and the room was upgraded. It was originally good. The facilities were deducted because the toilet could not be flushed. Smart is smart technology, but the water could not be flushed. The waiter flushed it with a bucket, which was very embarrassing.

No matter how many stars the hotel or homestay has, there are some. It is impossible to have no sound at all. The baby was not very comfortable the second day we arrived. I stayed with her in the hotel for a whole day. I could hardly hear any sound in the room. It was normal to have a little bit occasionally. Only in the bathroom could I hear a little sound from the next door, but it was not a big problem. It was quiet as soon as the door was closed. When the elderly go out, the rest environment is very important. After staying for two nights, my parents felt it was very good 😊 In addition, the coffee of Atour is very delicious. The whole room is filled with the aroma of coffee. The robot that delivers meals is very cute. Overall it is very good 👍

The room is a bit old, but the house is relatively large. The location is very good. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the commercial street. It is very convenient to take photos and check in at the ancient canal attractions! A good place to eat, drink and have fun! Worth staying!

This is a very quaint hotel. It is located near Nanchang Street and there is a food street downstairs, which is very convenient. At night, you can go out to look for food in the two food streets in front and behind, and you will be dazzled by the sight.
