Thank you to Eleana for her thoughtful care before my stay. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! What was initially a lonely business trip turned into a much more pleasant one, thanks to the receptionist lady with glasses. Perhaps she noticed my sadness and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite! The executive lounge had a wide view, offering a beautiful scene of 蠡湖 Lake. The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. The coffee was available to-go as well. I look forward to returning again!

Only one problem. At check in, we were informed that breakfast will be a buffet style Western and Chinese food. Next morning, it turned out that breakfast was a takeaway bag of Chinese food worth 15 rmb , not the 120 rmb that I paid. Very dissatisfied with this.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Wuxi Taihu Lake. Thanks to Cherry at the front desk for upgrading our lake view room. The view was great. We could see the beautiful scenery of Lihu Lake and Taihu Lake in the distance. The hotel breakfast was rich and varied. There was also a subway station and MixC Mall nearby. It was a very satisfying family trip.

The duty manager Alex provided great service and upgraded our room so we could see the lake view. Although there were some minor issues with the room, overall it was very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuxi.

Last Saturday, I took my family to Wuxi for a trip and booked a twin room at Wuxi Taihu Crowne Plaza Hotel. After arriving at the hotel, the duty manager Fairs and the switchboard popsicle saw that we were with the elderly and children, and took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive suite for free, hoping to let us experience better service and environment. On behalf of my family, I am very grateful for the service of the two staff members. The suite is on a higher floor with beautiful scenery. The room has one bedroom, one living room, two bathrooms, and a cloakroom, which is very good. The Wuxi soup dumplings, waffles, and vegetables for breakfast at the hotel are all good. It is very close to scenic spots such as Yuantouzhu, Taihu Lake, and the Three Kingdoms Water Margin City. It takes about 30 yuan to get there by taxi. After looking at the Ctrip order, I accidentally discovered that this is the third time I have stayed at Wuxi Taihu Crowne Plaza Hotel in the past nine years.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Wuxi Taihu Lake for a family trip. Cherry at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded us to an executive king room and gave us afternoon tea in the executive lounge. The lounge is located on the 40th floor of the hotel. The view is great, the music is soothing, and there are a variety of afternoon teas. I really like this place.
