For business trip, it wasn't bad. Room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. But the thing is there is no one who can speak English. If you cannot speak chinese, you gotta know.

Except location the hotel was good. Breakfast is good enough to fulfill the physical hunger.

Location is very remote, can’t walk to the metro stop, have to call a car but sometimes have to wait a long time for a car to get here. I needed to extend my stay by one night, but they couldn’t just extend - made me book another night online (which was a slightly higher price) and switch rooms for just that one night. The second room had a much stronger cigarette smoke odor even though it is supposed to be non-smoking.

Came from Suzhou to visit my parents. Bringing my children, I chose this hotel. It was already night when we arrived, maybe the license plate was not scanned. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t expect it, because I didn’t get a very comfortable sleep in the hotel I stayed in before. So I was prepared for a bad sleep this time, but this place was unexpected. The mattress was so comfortable that I fell asleep right away. The pillow was also comfortable and soft. Overall it was clean, but some places were not cleaned very carefully. There were no small shops within walking distance. The self-service coffee was good. I came to Wuxi for a trip and stayed at this hotel. The location is good and it is very convenient if you have a car. The twin rooms are close to the road. There is a little noise from vehicles passing by, but because it is a small road, it is not bad even at night. Drove to Wuxi Xiaojiuzhai, which is not far away. The scenery is beautiful

The hygiene is a bit poor. There is a curly hair on the bed sheet. I called the front desk and the attitude was very bad. They hung up on me three times. It was rude. Didn’t the front desk train me on telephone etiquette? No apology, no reply, no solution, just left me there. I was speechless and had a very bad experience! The service was terrible! It was as if I owed him money! No one cared even if I complained! The attitude of "whatever you want to do" made him give up! There was a hole in the bed sheet.

The best hotel in the surrounding area, but unfortunately there is nothing to eat, drink and play nearby, and there is no way to get to the industrial area. The hotel service is still quite good. It is half an hour away from Huishan Ancient Town.

It greatly improves the awareness of hygiene, which feels much better than washing cups and kettles in the bathroom! 4) The overall design and construction details are in place, and it can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into it. I personally feel very fashionable and comfortable! 5) There are enough parking spaces behind the hotel, and parking is convenient! ! ! Small suggestions: 1) The automatic flushing of the toilet is too sensitive, and it is easy to misoperate, which is not conducive to water saving! 2) The sound insulation of the door to the corridor is a bit poor. Maybe it is just a lively and loud little boy who lives opposite!

Overall it was ok, but the bathroom design was not very reasonable. The shower head was facing the bathroom glass. Maybe because of the high water pressure, if the door was not closed tightly, all the water splashed onto the glass door and flowed outside. I almost fell.
