Wuxi Hotels with Airport pickup service

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Karen, Amber,Mr Zhu and Grace for their excellent service. Will definitely stay again

I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

We have stayed before in other Intercontinental in China but the one in Wuxi was amazing I travel for business in China and staying at a good hotel is important to have a good rest after a hard working day. Our house keeper Alli Dai.did and awsome job and made pur days pleasant.

The hotel service is very satisfactory. The housekeeper Jingwen contacted us one day in advance, sent the hotel location, reminded us of relevant precautions, introduced the hotel's relevant areas and facilities, and gave us breakfast and fruit plates. I am very grateful for the housekeeper Jingwen's work. The hotel room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, clean and sanitary, and a small balcony. The scenery outside the window is also very good, recommended.

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Wuxi Xin Qu (Wuxi New Area) train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Considering how warm Wuxi can get in summer, I would have appreciated a few more bottles of the complimentary drinkable water (only 2 small bottles were made available in a double bed room). Apart from this, everything was OK - in line with the Pullman/Accor Hotels standards.

I took my kids to Wuxi for a trip during the Dragon Boat Festival, and finally chose JW Marriott Hotel. I can't help but sigh that I really made the right choice this time! The hotel staff has a good service attitude, and the front desk lady Rita also upgraded the room type for free, with a viewing balcony, which is really super nice~ The hotel has all the facilities such as restaurants, gyms, swimming pools, etc., and the breakfast is rich in variety~ The room is clean and tidy, and there is a faint fragrance! The hotel has a superior geographical location, and the beautiful Taihu Lake is outside. Because this time I drove by myself, it felt very convenient. It is very convenient to go to Yuantouzhu Lihu Light Nanchang Street and other attractions. There is also Vientiane City next to it, so you can eat, drink and have fun~ A very satisfying living experience!
