The room is amazing, very spacious for two people, and the balcony is also very large, with a first-class view. Standing on the balcony at six in the morning and looking at Taihu Lake, the eyes are full of lush greenery, and the ears are constantly chirping. The feeling is no worse than the feeling on the terrace of Anlan Wangshanju in Ninghai before. This time I took the elderly to eat all three meals in Jichangxuan, and they were all very satisfied. Personally, I feel that the level of Jichangxuan is not worse than that of similar restaurants such as Yangzhou Shan Restaurant and Nanjing Jiangnan Stove, but because those two are hung with the Black Pearl sign, the price is more expensive than Jichangxuan without the Black Pearl, so Jichangxuan is still quite cost-effective.

In order to participate in the Wuxi Lihu Marathon, I specially booked the Crowne Plaza Hotel. When I checked in the day before the race, I was particularly impressed by the service of Ella at the front desk. The check-in process was very professional, especially when I asked about the transportation around the event and the leisure recommendations around the event, they answered very patiently. This is my real experience. I almost never write reviews. This time I feel like I have to write a review for them, so that I can be worthy of those who work hard. I took my children to Wuxi to play and booked a twin room. I was attracted by the photos when booking the room, and the reviews were also good. I felt that it was better than expected when I arrived (maybe it was in line with my personal preferences). They contacted me before check-in to explain the check-in matters; there were fragrant lily flowers in the hotel lobby, and the overall decoration of the hotel was simple and distinctive; the child liked the frog arrangement in the room, and he said he didn't want to leave; the electric kettle, toilet, hair dryer, tea bags and many other supplies are of good quality, which is in line with my personal daily life habits, and can compete with the five-star hotels I have stayed in before (of course, the overall temperament and price of five-star hotels are still different, but some supplies are not as good as this one). Finally, I have to praise their breakfast, a Western breakfast, one serving per person, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable dining environment .

It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is very new, fully equipped with all kinds of equipment, including disposable toilet covers and bathtub covers. The room is large, tastefully designed, and warm. The view is very good, overlooking the mountain and lake views. The bedding is good, and it’s perfect for one night. Good sleep. The variety of breakfast is a bit limited. You can add more vegetables. The cooked noodles are delicious. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and her reminders were very considerate. Very cost-effective, highly recommended.

We came here June. Generally our stay was ok. Amenities is a bit limited though. No spa, gym or pool. Breakfast is quite ok but almost the same everyday. Also if you need to eat dinner, time is limited. They only open from 5pm-7:30pm. But we still intend to come back next year for the Cherry Blossom season!
