如果店家主理人會看到這條評價的話，相信是願意做好持續經營的。一、諮詢，溝通服務表達不錯 1. 當天到達時還在下大雨，出發時已停雨，傘都放在包裏，停車場有些不便於高跟鞋踩下去的積水，衹好電話前台，前台很快就來接應了，點贊！ 2. 問到早餐時前台回覆衹有麪條或者餛飩，因為考慮到成本，衹有人多時會豐富些，原因回答真實，點贊！ 3. 諮詢用餐時前台介紹了周邊的農家樂，點贊！二、入住體驗 1. 房間是真的緊湊，有種進入房間所有陳設撲面而來的感覺，硬是在有限的空間裏搭配了能夠滿足客人的擺放。 2. 其實這家民宿晚上乃至周邊都很安靜的，是看書還是發呆，都很適合，屬於散心型，但是越到晚上外面的交通信號燈的提醒聲就越清晰，對於睡眠不好的客人來説真是很頭大。 3. 過道地板是真的卡卡響，這麼幽靜的小院，各房間緊挨着，有點聲音就很吵人。 4. 院裏的三花貓很可愛，貓咪是很安靜的動物，不過無意間從客用區看到後面有貓咪居住的地方，確實整理的不行，農家使用器具，個人用品閑散放着，又是玻璃門，看來考慮的很不周到，也許是我多慮了，野趣民宿就需要帶點凌亂美。三、衞生直觀感受 1.如圖所示，房間的各個邊沿，角落，開關，牆面，陽台頂面，煙感裝置的蒼蠅屎，客用毛巾的破絮和洗滌後暗暗的顏色，投影儀上的灰塵給客户感覺就是無法認同。四、建議商家 1. 前台接聽電話時，首先是您好，這裡是既見桑梓民宿，不是“喂”。 2.如遇大雨天，可提醒客人到達後聯繫商家，商家購買大傘接應客人，尤其是攜長者和小孩的家庭。 3. 衞生檢查仔細有效，和有沒有多少員工無關，客人來自不同地方，衞生要求都是一樣的，乾淨，舒適！ 4. 早餐多元化，量小但品種多些，簡單的餛飩或者麪條其實除了方便，到街上也能吃到。宜興和浙江的民宿同樣是五百多的房間，早餐很豐富，店家説的最多的一句話就是，早餐要吃好才有力氣玩。 5. 後院收拾一下，不管是用具還是貓窩等，規整比散在會議室直觀的好，而且給客户感覺就是店家對於不起眼的地方也是整理的有條不紊。

The reason for choosing Huajiantang is that it is a pet-friendly hotel. It is a wonderful thing to travel with dogs. Huajiantang has a good price and has good packages to choose from. In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean without any uncomfortable smell. The room is also well ventilated (the windows have screens). The bedding is very clean, which can dispel the doubts about the cleanliness of pet-friendly hotels. The hair dryer is great and is a product of a better brand. I always think that hair dryers in many hotels are useless. I usually bring my own. This is really great. The room is well soundproofed. I can't hear the barking of dogs. The floor-to-ceiling windows are also very thick. There are people chatting downstairs. There is no sound. The breakfast on the second day is very comprehensive, with both Chinese and Western food. It also provides breakfast for dogs, which should be chicken breast, eggs and carrots (all shredded for easy digestion). I will still choose Huajiantang when I come here for a trip next time. Very pleasant memories

It was a very pleasant trip. I stayed at Taoyuan Villa with my family during the Dragon Boat Festival. The housekeeper was very considerate, the accommodation conditions were very good, and the environment was good. The two cats in the B&B were also very cute, great!

The overall environment in the village is quite good and the rooms are hygienic, but there is basically no service, no one to help with luggage, no bottled water and no reminder that a water purifier is installed. We only found out that it was installed in the sink after pondering for a long time. Yes, no one was found at the service desk at 7pm, and the next day was asked to check out early, saying that they were all fully booked that day, and we were drunk too. Later, we left more than half an hour earlier, and the price was not high!

During the Spring Festival, I took my family to travel by car. I came to Peach Blossom Shili late at night from Nanxun. The manor couple seemed to be a pair of secluded people. The hospitable hot tea eating box is particularly rich. The room layout is elegant and reasonable, suitable for families to stay for leisure and vacation. There is a Taoyuan vegetable garden in the manor, and it happened to meet the sheep returning home from the mountain, which was so happy for the children. Thanks for meeting and having the opportunity to visit again. Full score recommendation.
