A very unexpected hotel. The service was very attentive. The temperature dropped sharply on the way back. I felt warm as soon as I entered the hotel. Various small details were done very well. They informed me of the breakfast time in detail and explained that there might be more people during holidays. I could take my meals back to my room. The front desk also kept heating bottled water for guests to drink. Every staff member was very attentive and patient. You can see the river when you go out. It is very comfortable to walk by the river. I will choose this place again when I come to Wuxi

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

We had a really spectacular stay at this hotel. I chose it because it looked like it would be a home away from home and it certainly was. So much so that we intend to stay here again. The staff were super polite and helpful especially in the restaurant and they spoke English. They quickly made accommodations for us to get us another broth and informed us of what wouldn't match our dietary restrictions. And the noodles, spring chicken and chocolate pastry were sooo tasty. 😊 Much respect to Eason and the team.😊 The room was very spacious and clean and carries a line of toiletries that I am quite fond of🥰 The location is literally meters away from Nanchang Walking Street where you can have tea by the riverside. It is also just across from a restaurant village and about 11 minutes from Wuxi railway station. It's also just a straight line distance to The Turtle Head Park so if you feel like riding, you won't get lost. Really wonderful experience!

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Karen, Amber,Mr Zhu and Grace for their excellent service. Will definitely stay again

The Octonauts themed room was perfect for my 5 year old, who loves the show! It put him and us in a great mood. The hotel is also so close to the historical street and you don’t even need to cross any streets to get there so it’s very child friendly. Would highly recommend it to families.

The hotel is in a quiet area and still closer to the railway station. there is proper kitchen items with cutlery, washing machine, refrigerator and Oven. It good customer service and staff attitude is nice. it has many shops around it including small restaurants departmental store and grocery shops. certainly a high end experience. The manager even gave me a Souvinir from Wuxi.

We had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin. Everything else also on a very good standard.

The executive room is really big and clean. There is no problem of dirty corners. The toilet is a smart toilet. The sound insulation is good. The environment is good and the air is good. The breakfast is also good and rich. There are many choices. The room needs to be transferred by elevator. Overall it is great! Very satisfied.

Went Wuxi with family .. stayed 2 nights .. hotel is good and clean .. location is perfect close to downtown , railway station and shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms are clean and neat. Special mention to friendly staff. They were helpful and supportive. Good breakfast with variety and western options too . Child friendly hotel My son enjoyed the stay . Overall great experience..
