The facilities are a bit old, like the former Hanting. It doesn't matter if you are on a business trip. The front desk service is quite enthusiastic, but the breakfast is really rubbish. I was speechless. When I asked the waiter if there were noodles or wontons, he directly said that the food was on the table, and then stood behind you and watched you eat quickly. When it was almost 9:30, he kept cleaning up and took away everything. I don't know if the restaurant is owned by the boss's relatives or contracted out. I won't stay here next time

The room was large and the service staff was very warm. Because of the marathon, the breakfast arrived at 5 o'clock in the morning. It was very intimate. At the same time, the late check-out was delayed until 3 pm. After the run, I came back to take a shower and rest. I didn’t worry about it. I took the child and added a free breakfast. I booked two double rooms and got a room on the 5th floor. It was not large in size. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were quite complete. The hotel is in a good location. It is diagonally opposite from Exit 1 of Nanzenji Subway Station. It is 200 meters away from Wangxingji and Yaohan. It is a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The hotel is probably a lower-middle-class hotel from the Atour Group, but the service is pretty good. There is free coffee in the lobby from 3 to 9 p.m., which tastes surprisingly delicious. There are also late-night snacks in the evening, and there is a self-service laundry opposite the restaurant. room, these facilities are very useful on hot days.
Atour's bedroom products are indeed well-deserved. The memory pillow is very comfortable to sleep on. I bought one on Atour's website. The large-screen TV in the guest room is quite large, but the screen resolution is a bit lacking and the clarity is not enough. Not as good as the giant screen TV in the All Seasons Hotel.
All in all, this hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good, the night view from the room at night is beautiful; the transportation is also very convenient, 5 or 6 minutes walk from the open park and commercial street of Chong'an Temple; there are some well-known local old restaurants and fashion restaurants in Wuxi around, very convenient. GGuest UserWe had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

GGuest UserWOW just WOW. THE best service from a 5 star hotel in China after 20+ years and hundreds of stays. Fair to say that a lot of hotels in China have the hardware (nice rooms and good facilities etc) but normally get let down by the software (service). This was an exception. Had serious issues with health codes and covid testing in Wuxi but Shumaila (Guest Service Manager) along with her Chinese colleague turned into Superwoman and Superman and went way beyond the levels of expected service for a 5 star hotel. First they accompanied me to the covid testing point (1 km away) but didnt stop there because i still had problems and had to go to the hospital to get tested (4 kms away). They helped order a taxi and Shumaila actually went to the hospital with me to ensure everything was ok! Also this was all done on her day off! Remarkable.
Throughout my stay the service in the hotel was excellent whether it be at check in or out (quick) or in the restaurant and/or executive lounge area. Everyone in the hotel had a smile on their face and was willing to be of assistance.
Food including breakfast had variety and was good

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

The hotel staff from the front desk to the room staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and they proactively provide children's products. Breakfast is provided, the variety is average, and there is no problem with eating. The room is relatively large, with a tea tasting area, a lot of mineral water, and small snacks. However, there are some problems with the facilities in the bathroom. The water is slow to drain, and the hot and cold water signs in the shower area are reversed, which scalded me. Although the bathtub provides a disposable bath bag, there are no handrails or anti-slip mats on the side. When getting up, it is still quite slippery and easy to fall. And there is only one floor mat, which is not enough. It can be improved appropriately. But overall it is satisfactory.

4) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby
5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.

DDacy ChinsueWe had a really spectacular stay at this hotel. I chose it because it looked like it would be a home away from home and it certainly was. So much so that we intend to stay here again. The staff were super polite and helpful especially in the restaurant and they spoke English. They quickly made accommodations for us to get us another broth and informed us of what wouldn't match our dietary restrictions. And the noodles, spring chicken and chocolate pastry were sooo tasty. 😊 Much respect to Eason and the team.😊
The room was very spacious and clean and carries a line of toiletries that I am quite fond of🥰
The location is literally meters away from Nanchang Walking Street where you can have tea by the riverside. It is also just across from a restaurant village and about 11 minutes from Wuxi railway station. It's also just a straight line distance to The Turtle Head Park so if you feel like riding, you won't get lost.
