因為是公寓，沒有天然氣，淋浴房的儲水衹能堅持15分鐘，這一點我覺得是硬傷。至於服務我完全沒感覺有服務，入住前沒有聯繫，當天下午3點到了樓下我自己聯對方才告訴我具體位置和怎麼入住。到達房間後衞生沒打掃，大概4點半左右才完成打掃，第二天帶孩子考級要晚於12點才回去，也是交涉了半天才同意免費延後到1點退房。當然有國慶節客流大等客觀原因，但也希望服務質量能隨着房價一起上漲。

The warm reception and sincere service from the beauty Xiao Li at the hotel front desk make people feel like going home.

Come to Wuxi to enjoy the cherry blossoms with my mother. The comfortable living is the first choice. More and more, you have to satisfy the large terrace and the environment is good. You have to have a bathtub. The price is moderate. The hotel is in the wetland park. The terrace door is open to the lake. The air is very good. The terrace is super big. I saw the room type on Trip.com and contacted the hotel in advance. I didn’t want the bed facing the terrace. The hotel told me that the bathtub was not facing the terrace. There was a square bathtub, and I agreed. I didn’t expect the square bathtub to be super big and super big~ The room has to be nine curves and eighteen bends far from the lobby. The hotel also sent a fruit platter in the afternoon of the check-in day. I ordered it with breakfast. There are not many categories. There are no cakes and toast. But~ Black pepper beef willow is delicious, very tender, and the stew meat is also quite delicious. The short and small aunt who cleans is very good and responsive. Let me talk about the shortcomings below. It is said that the suite is actually the room and the oversized bathroom. The wardrobe is actually in the bathroom. The first time I encountered it, I felt that it would be damp. The TV was always stuck. It was speechless. There was a gap in the door frame of the terrace. Because there will be flying insects coming in by the lake, the sealing is not very good, the glass is dirty, and there is no cleaning. The tables and chairs on the terrace are all gray, or I wiped them myself. In the morning, I opened the curtains and there were people catching fish in the lake outside the terrace. . . A bit scary, I looked at it and it was a four-star hotel. There was no small refrigerator in the room, which was a little disappointing.

This time I stayed at Changguangxi Hotel for 4 nights. We stayed on the 30th night. During the National Day holiday, Changguangxi Hotel insisted on basically not increasing the price. My standard room price has more than 350 yuan with double breakfast. The hotel was decorated according to the standards of a four-star hotel more than 10 years ago. The hotel environment is very good, across the road is Changguangxi National Wetland Park, it is a quiet place during the holidays, it is worth a visit, we also used a ** group for a 218 lunch at Shuiyue Villa in the park, plus 2 58 yuan / drunk crab, This is the most delicious meal we have eaten in Wuxi for five days. But there was also a horrible thing in the hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. On the morning of the 1st, we got up and saw a cockroach that was more than 1 foot in the bathroom. After stepping on it, we would move. I don’t know if I had climbed people at night. It’s very scary. After coming down and telling the reception desk, we immediately changed the room on the 3rd floor. In the room, the duty manager explained that the hotel environment is located in the wetland park, there are more insects, just killed some time ago, the room on the 5th floor is usually not used,..., this experience is the previous hotel has never experienced, it makes a bad mood, the next 2 days live on the 3rd floor, I am worried that there will be cockroaches?

Awesome hotel, great value for money!!! Free coffee, candy and biscuits are provided in the lobby. I booked a room without windows, and the front desk took the initiative to upgrade me to a room with windows for free. The service is really warm! There are also free snacks and cola in the room, which is super considerate. In the morning, when I sit on the sofa in the lobby to rest, the lady will pour tea or bring mineral water, which is really a plus 😁 The nearby Xianyun Street Bafanghui Coast City is simply a paradise for foodies! A one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun, great!

酒店乾淨整潔，房間很大也舒適，整個房間都是智能化場景，點睡覺、起床等會自動開關燈拉窗簾。前台接待的小姐姐都特別熱情，還幫忙推薦旅遊路線。還貼心地準備了小水果和送的飲料，實在是太貼心了。天氣熱，還特意準備了備用房卡，以防出門時空調關閉房間裏太熱。第二天的早餐也不錯，餐廳環境很好。

Well ,the room was clean. The breakfast was free and very delicious.. It was Chinese/English breakfast..The rooms are quite affordable I would definitely recommend it to travelers on a budget but want to be comfortable. The location is good as well having a lot of restaurants close by.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

There are several points that can be improved, ① The bathroom handle is loose, and the ***** on the shower door is sometimes tight and difficult to push ② The projector remote control has no cover, and the device is a bit slow after pressing the buttons ③ If it is a disposable face towel, It is better to prepare more and use it in the morning and evening. 4. The toilet paper is of average quality. 5. There is light leakage from the top of the curtains. It would be better to add a baffle so that you can sleep comfortably. 6. The projection screen can be moved to the right to compromise the viewing angles between the bed and the sofa.

Perfect position in downtown , not modern structure but functional room and well maintained . Food smell persistently at the lobby . Personnel efficient and professional
