The cleaning is very clean, this is very important to me, the health sister's service attitude is very good and worthy of praise. Because I don't smoke, the room smells a bit of smoke, although not satisfied, but acceptable. There is a free washing machine dryer which is a plus, but the dehydration function of the washing machine is broken, although it does not affect the use, but it is always a fly in the ointment. For me, at such a price, a full score of đŻ can have 90 points.

The new decoration smells like decoration. I bought formaldehyde remover at my own expense and put it next to the bed. I didn't take it with me in the end. I hope the hotel will not throw it away and continue to use it. Although it is newly renovated, the air conditioner is old and rumbling. There is a food court downstairs, but it is basically deserted and there are no people around. I would like to praise the service staff for their very good attitude.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet part of Wuxi City. I also liked the small but well equipped fitness room and the self-service laundry room.

GGuest UserWe had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

GGuest UserThe buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided.
One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

4) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby
5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.
