I only have one impression, the room is too small! There is no place to sit except the big bed. The waiter told me that I can sit on the small round mat on the ground in front of the window. The front desk told me that I needed a 500 yuan deposit! They said that if I wear them, I would return it if there is no problem. This really shocked me! The clothes hanging were probably only about a hundred sets, and they were not brand new. I didn’t know what problems a little girl could have in wearing them indoors. Although my deposit was confiscated in the end, it was really uncomfortable to say this. The facilities are average. The children were curious and opened the cabinet drawers. There was a strong smell of paint inside. The washlet is a highlight. However, the water in the shower alternated between hot and cold. The children jumped away from the heat and cried coldly. The best thing is probably that it is on the edge of the scenic spot, with good mountain views and good air. It is a 12-minute walk from Wuyigong Station in the scenic spot to the bus stop. A large group and a small one went there based on Ctrip's reviews. I can only say that it was okay, but it was far from the expected rating.

Room is large and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. People here are friendly. Breakfast is good. We had an enjoyable stay! Location of hotel is good. There are many restaurants. Shu Ying 書英 at Mantingfeng road 幔亭峰路 40-3 is very highly recommended, food is fresh , delicious, price is reasonable! Hotel is near Wuyishan mountain north entrance, where we got our tickets. It seems that there is free entry to the Wuyishan mountain and public buses are also free for this year.

The hotel is superbly located for tourists visiting Wuyishan Park which just 4 bus stations away. There are many affordable restaurants and nearby is a 5.8km long lovely riverside Promenade. The hotel staff are very helpful. They even helped us download our train tickets when we couldn't access our Gmail. We would certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

The front desk service is very good, we can see Dawangfeng in the upgraded room, you can make tea in the room, and you will send a pack of tea when you leave. The girl at the front desk also said it didn't matter, and then let me go upstairs to pack things and check out, which was more humane. But there are many areas for improvement. 1. As a four-star hotel, the two smoking kiosks at the door are useless. A hotel of this size has a non-smoking sign posted in the elevator. Then the front desk, the lobby, the banquet hall, you can see that guests smoke everywhere, no one comes forward to persuade, it is too painful for people like us who are forced to smoke secondhand smoke. 2. The waiter's service awareness is not enough. I originally booked a room without a big bed room, so I booked a twin bed first. I found that I was very uncomfortable after staying for a day. I called the front desk and said that I wanted to change to a big bed room. The front desk said that I knew the situation the next day. Then there was no news the next day, and I didn't know if the shift was handed over. I still said that I would deal with the customers like this. If there is no room to change or need to add money, you should also inform the guests. At the same time, the waiter will not take the initiative to say hello during the stay, but this is a common phenomenon in hotels in the county. 3. The welcome fruit for the stay is very characteristic. Two fragrant pears were sent on the first day of the stay, an apple and a banana were sent on the second day, and there was no more on the third day. Maybe the apples and bananas the next day are more. 4. The breakfast variety is rich, but the taste is relatively average. 5. Let's talk about sound insulation, the room is soundproof. But the room door is not good. When the door is opened, if the room door is not pulled, it will be slammed directly. The door is like a blast. When I slept, the door next door was closed like this once, and the bed in my room was shocked. In general, the stay was not satisfactory, so the score was low.

From check-in to check-out, the whole process makes people feel comfortable. Because the experience in the hotel I stayed at the night before was too bad. The air conditioner kept stopping and starting, making it so noisy that I couldn't sleep. The room also smelled, so I looked for another hotel. We wanted to see the room first before deciding whether to book it. The clerk at the front desk in Vienna immediately contacted the staff upstairs and asked me to go up and view the room.
