A river flows in front and rear of the hotel, nice and quiet. A quaint village is located which you can take a stroll in if you wanna see village life. Very nice picturesque area with an old bridge, great for sunrise pics. Food is good. Staff very friendly. Willing to recommend restaurants to eat in. Also recommended to take the bamboo raft ride down the 9 bend stream at wuyi shan nature park. Also recommended the Impressions Dahongbao live show, not to be missed. Hotel General Manager, Angie, helped us a lot. As we barely speak Mandarin, she speaks English and helped us make bookings, and speak to the locals via phone when we encountered problems communicating.
