Someone picks up from the shuttle location! Two boxes of small yellow chrysanthemums are delivered at the time of departure! The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor. I hope that it will be improved before the peak season. The owner can personally try to close the door in the fourth floor room and hear the voices around the table on the first floor.
Disadvantages: evaluation of the surrounding environment: this is a town under construction. There is an excavator wake-up service! After climbing Mount Huangshan, going to Hongcun and Xidi, I must go to Huangling, otherwise I will have some regrets😊 When I came to Huangling, I booked Wuyuan Huangling Jingyuan Beauty Stay for my father. As many netizens have said, this B&B is really great👍🏻First of all, it is very close to the scenic spot, because the boss will pick you up at the bottom of the mountain, so you save the cost of going up and down the cable car🚡. If you are late, you will not go back to Meisu. The boss will call to greet you. Secondly, the boss’s food is delicious, especially the red carp in purse. My father always praised the fish meat as tender and delicious. The most important thing is that the boss operates with the concept of honest service, which makes me feel warm! For such a boss, I can only wish him a prosperous business and abundant financial resources!

We drove to the middle of the mountain, and the boss picked us up in a three-wheeled motorcycle. The journey was indeed a bit thrilling. The boss and his wife were very nice and tried their best to meet our needs. The dishes they cooked were also suitable, with large portions and reasonable prices. When we arrived in the afternoon, the boss took us to the entrance of the scenic area without having to buy a cable car ticket. When we came out in the evening, the boss also came to pick us up. It was very convenient. The B&B environment was also good. Recommended

The traffic control in the scenic spot, the car can't drive in. The boss tried to find a way for us to get to the hotel from other roads, very satisfied! It is very convenient to live here in the Guling Scenic Area. This is the closest to an entrance. There is no need to take the ropeway, and there is really no need to take the ropeway. The boss personally came to pick us up, help us with our luggage, and explain the route to us. The home-cooked dishes made by the proprietress are very delicious! We ate here for two days, like at home. The room was unexpectedly clean and the toiletries were quite easy to use. When I left, the boss helped to make an appointment and sent it to us. GGuest UserFrom Jingdezhen to Wuyuan, the national highway leads to villages all the way. White walls, black tiles, tomatoes, yellow apricots, rice ears, buffaloes, stone bridges, mountains and green water form a beautiful picture of southern Anhui.
Suddenly I felt that I should take a rest, so I sat at the long table of the current B&B, and accidentally opened a book of ”Country Gossip”. I guessed that it was written by the owner of the B&B about his relationship with this old house. The writing was good.
It turns out that this B&B was renovated from a house with a history of more than 180 years during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has a plaque of ”Seven Leaves Yanxiang” given by Emperor Daoguang. It has an antique feel in the east and west, and the site selection also follows the principle of ”pillowing mountains, surrounding water, and painting screens”. , the seven leaves represent seven generations. The seven generations who live here have all lived to be over 90 years old. They bloom and spread their leaves, and they reproduce peacefully. I think this house is blessed with some luck.
Many students are painting and sketching next to the Tongji Bridge at the entrance of the village. The charm of the Hui-style architecture is all there when they write. Not far from the ancient house, there is an ancient maple tree by the river that lasts all year round. There are swarms of butterflies. The villagers are still washing clothes by the stream. ...Next to the wooden bench bridge is the field ridge exuding the fragrance of rice. The rice ears are ripe and golden with their heads hanging down.

Through 12 years of tireless protection and restoration of the ancient house of Mingxuntang, the master gave this 300-year-old three-product official residence once again a vigorous vitality, let us feel the peace, comfort and dignified of the ancient style through time and space. The empty atrium, exquisite wood carvings, and the complex wooden structure of the building make the experience here different, nature and humanities, modern and ancient, here interaction between time and space. I ordered several special dishes and they all tasted special. GGuest UserDisappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest.
The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️)
There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby.
The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it.
One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way.
Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.

YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages.
We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too!
Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms.
It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained.
I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me!
The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain.
This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.

SSantiagoCarlosWe had the best time in this stay, the lady was so kind to us that we feel like we had no way to give back the attention and care she provide for us during our stay. The location of this house is perfect, providing amazing views of the city river and fields around. We had breakfast and lunch which the aunt cooked beautifully and was some of the best food we had in China so far! The room was very artsy, comfortable with nice linens and towels, good water temperature and pressure, and you could see there was a lot of attention to detail.
We had a problem with our taxi driver not being able to receive our payment due to international card restrictions and the lady was so kind to help us without asking for anything in return, we will never forget.
Also she spoke a little English which is very helpful!!
We hope to come again and stay for longer. 💗🙏

The resort grows on you. I say resort as it's not a conventional hotel as such. Its designed and styled as a mosaic of accommodation types spread out amongst the large grounds, or Scenic Area, as its markted. This was confusing and after a long journey to reach the 'hotel', we had to first check in at a enormous building which is also the public entrance for day visitors to the resorts attractions. Our taxi from the station (which declined to use the meter, ¥20, dropped us on the main road and not at the entrance. Not great with our excessive luggage.
We were then transported on extended golf buggy style vehicles to what was the opposite end of the resort.
The accommodation was very comfortable and well designed. The only fault is the long walks to the facilities such as breakfast (in another hotels restaurant). That said, you can call for a buggy pick up.
On check in we were informed the large water park was not open until later in the season. Too cold apparently, despite being in the high 20c's.
A lit of the resort appears to be in state of construction with empty shells of buildings scattered about.
By the end of the 4 nights, we warmed up, literally, to the style of resort, the colourful scenery and facilities, those which were open.
It's a bit far put of the centre of Wuyuan, though there is nothing too exciting to see in the city centre.
