1、被子、枕頭，都是一股煙味，不知道是不是沒有換洗；牀頭櫃裏還有之前顧客留下的煙盒沒有打掃。
2、最受不了的，隔音真的是太差太差了，感覺不是水泥牆，對門房間裏説話的聲音、隔壁打呼的聲音、隔壁馬桶沖水的聲音、房頂上不知道在哪滴水的聲音（可能是樓上的下水管）、樓上房間走路的聲音（感覺就在你的頭頂震動），一大清早走道里的説話聲（客户也就忍了，酒店自己打掃衞生的員工也是大嗓門），各種聲音絡繹不絕。
3、水壓過大，洗澡是舒服，但洗手池太容易噴濺出來；洗澡水温不穩定，忽冷忽熱。
4、一家酒店，設計那麼多台階，不考慮拿行李的客户的：進大堂前就是高台階，進了大堂往電梯間走又有台階，從地下車庫進大堂還是台階。
