1. Good service 2. Free laundry (washer + dryer) 3. Generally quite clean, only complaint is the room started to have 2nd hand cigarettes smoke smell after turning off AC 4. Sound proof not the best, can hear car pass through noise even with the window closed (only for the room facing the road)

We have had a happy stay and enjoyed a great variety of good breakfast in the hotel. We always prefer Hanting Hotel in our holiday trips in China and seldom disappointed by its services. Thumb up to the good mattress and the cleanliness in the bedroom. Special thanks to the excellent services from the lady manager-in-charge （Ms 俞） who helped us to call in 2 cabs when we checked out in the raining day on 25/5

Good value for money. Facilities are in good condition and the room was clean. It would be nice if they could add fried eggs, toast or juice at the breakfast.

Avoid this hotel, don't stay there! ! This is the worst Hanting I've ever stayed in. There are blood and ink stains on the pillows in many rooms, and the guest rooms are not changed for each guest. The hygiene is extremely poor! ! A family of four traveled and opened two rooms, one twin room and one king-size bed room. On the 16th, after watching the Wunuzhou performance, we checked in at around 10 o'clock. After putting down our luggage, we went out for dinner and returned to the hotel at 12 o'clock. After preparing to stay, we found that there were blood stains on the pillows of one of the beds in the twin room, and the quilt had various holes... The clerk explained in various ways, saying that the linen company did not wash it clean, and said that there was surveillance to prove it (so far, neither the clerk nor the manager has provided any surveillance evidence to prove that the guest room changed the sheets and quilts every day). But why didn't the staff and managers who patrolled every day find it? The clerk said that they could not check out and change rooms, but only change the quilt. When I said that I needed to contact the manager and the store manager for communication, she only said that it was too late and she would inform me of the situation and contact me for feedback the next day. At my strong request, they said they could change rooms, and took a room that was booked but not occupied (during the period, they did not explain anything to the guest). During this period, they found blood stains on the pillows of the double bed room, and there were also blood stains on the inner layer when they changed the pillowcases. The clerk stopped explaining and said that he was speechless. When I changed to the second double bed room, I found that one of the beds had ink stains (this is better than blood stains, I can accept it). But when I was about to wash up, I found that one of the toothpastes had been opened. In fact, none of them had been opened, which means that the cleaning lady did not change the bed sheets for each guest. Even the simplest disposable items were not changed for each guest, how can I believe that the bed sheets, quilt covers, towels and other items were changed for each guest? I am scared when I think about it now. And after discovering the above problems, was the clerk afraid that I would refund the money? Why did he confirm the check-in of the two rooms again after reporting the problems?
