The Coastal Pods and managers of this lovely place are the best accommodation and hospitality we have experienced in Tasmania. A lot of people in tourism could learn from these people. Generosity attracts Generosity. Abundance attracts abundance.

The Waterfront Coastal Pod was quite delightful, very nicely kitted out. The friendly service was spot on. The Coastal Pod's location by the water, across from the Wynyard golf course was scenic and a very pleasant stroll to the main ***** of the town. If you're staying in Wynyard, it's the place to stay.

As a returning customer, I absolutely love staying at the Coastal Pods whenever I come to Wynyard (which isn't anywhere near as often as I'd like). I'm always telling friends and family to go stay there if they are visiting the area. It remains my absolute favourite place to stay in Tasmania. My partner was very impressed with them as well and has already decided that a longer stay is needed next time we visit which I agree with As always, the customer service is excellent and everything we needed and could possibly think of was already in the Coastal Pod. Thank you so much again for the amazing stay. We will definitely be back again!

Loved our stay in the "Port" pod!! The beds were superbly comfy, and the pod was so well appointed, having everything we could possibly want for our stay! We were snug and warm and loved relaxing on the settee and watching the sun sparkling on the water, only a few metres away. There was a good DVD library and a broad selection of books to read in the book nook, to keep us entertained. The bathroom with facilities for the disabled was wonderful for the family member I was travelling with, who has mobility issues. I loved my ensuite, with the big rain-head shower, plus the shower gel and body lotion, which were very luxurious! The staff were so friendly and helpful! I look forward to staying in a coastal pod again!

Wonderful location on the picturesque river front.
We recently stayed for three nights at the Pods. The accommodation was perfect in every way and had all the facilities we needed during our stay. They are beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. We certainly would not hesitate to stay in the pods again.
Would highly recommend the Pods, just perhaps a little longer stay for us next time!!

Wynyard Coastal Pods have a little catchphrase: 'the only think we overlook is the water'. It's actually true! What I really noticed about staying here was the attention to detail. Not only is the space delightful, but, really, nothing is overlooked. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Amazing location. Delightful interior with everything you need at your fingertips. We had our 5 year old granddaughter staying with us (last minute) and she loved the comfy king size bed. Staff so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back for another stay - left feeling so relaxed and refreshed… thank you
