Decent bed and average room , basically bed , wallpaper , and shower , tv bog standard worth £50 a night not a penny more

Very Disappointing experience. The reception staff does not know how to interact with customers. Room cleanliness was poor and the pillows provided very rock hard. Paid for the breakfast today morning and the food was below average.

Pretty basic hotel. Serves a purpose. Stayed before travelling to the airport. Would stay again for the same reason.

Stayed here for for the night for an early morning flight. Clean hotel, in a good location. You couldn’t really hear the flights take off and land so that was good. Bit outdated but provided what I needed.

It was good. Cheap. For friends, travelling on a trip, it is quite good. There is a tesco nearby and great hotels with excellent taste.

‘The worst hotel I’ve stayed in my entire life’ I never leave reviews or complain, but I felt like I had to on this occasion. The room was scruffy, dirty & outdated. - toenail clippings on the floor, fizzy pop or some sort of ‘brown liquid’ smeared up the walls, hole in the wall as if someone had punched it. Paint patches everywhere & other peoples bodily hair in and around the sink & bathtub. Shower & sink leaking - bathroom flooding & smelling like urine. Window, partially open & was unable to close properly so was a draft in the room all night, windows & windowsills covered in dirt. I lifted the covers back to what looked like a ‘blood’ stain on the sheets. We arrived back at the hotel around 10pm after going out for tea & shopping at the Trafford centre, to absolute chaos. Loads of people outside arguing, people running up and down the corridors, people screaming at the reception. Went back up to the room & the room opposite us was smoking ****, the smell was that strong it was coming through to our room. All night people was playing music, running up and down the corridors & screaming. Staff couldn’t care less. Very dirty everywhere and the worst atmosphere I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel. If you want a good nights sleep or to chill out before a holiday, please do not stay here, choose a better option by the airport, as this place is horrendous.

Close links to a bus stop but overall still pretty far away from city centre

Very hard to reach them by phone, not a bad place to stay before or after a long flight. Nothing fancy but OK for price

Used hotel after a late flight. Two men on reception very polite and helpful. Beds and room clean. Breakfast average but satisfied. Man looking after restaurant, very freindly and polite.

Great overnight stay. Filling and varied breakfast too. Staff very polite

Friendly staff. Plus excellent service. Only there for 1 night so didn’t use the restaurant but other guest did remark that it was nice and good value. Would highly recommend to friends and family. And would definitely stay again if I go to Manchester Airport again…
