Ok for one night. Breakfast had a lot to choose from but would have been better if things were fresh, most bakery items were stale and bananas needed to be replaced with fresh ones. Broken hairdryer but for the price it was a good overnight stay

It was fine for a quick, one night stay to sleep while traveling. The hallway floors were in need of a vacuum. But the employees were very nice, breakfast was good and the room served its purpose.

As noted by other reviews hotel is old and outdated. We had traveled 14 hrs in car and were very tired and were given a room that the Air conditioning was not working and as it was late tried to sleep in a sweatbox. Very old and outdated shower and overall room. I spoke to the owner/manager who insisted it must have just broken. It was a night with now sleep and we will not stay at another Sure Stay in the future as we have had several less than good experiences. One good thing is the grounds especially if you have you pet with you They are a plus. Breakfast not the greatest either.

Have stayed here many times but a stay here is a throw of the dice. This time they tried overcharging me 190% of my reservation price, my wife got sick during the trip and needed rest but they could not operate the key card machine to get us into a room. The 4 Hindi owners/staff were argumentative and repeatedly spoke in a foreign language then looking at me-very uncomfortable. The bathroom floor was sticky. Only one bath towel was provided. They knocked on the room door disturbing my wife despite my having asked them not to, and ignored the "Privacy Please" sign. Only 2 of the 4 spoke English, and not well enough. The accommodations are baseline and now worn and dingy but the hot shower water was delightful if not enough to remove the other unpleasantries.

The tub would not drain properly. Inside pane was broken on the window and glass was left in the bottom right corner. Someone will get hurt. Window needs to replaced. Beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were terrible.

Stayed here and booked two rooms, one for my family and one for my dad. My dad got there first and checked in, and I followed about 20 minutes later. Went to check in and was interrogated by staff as to why I was staying, where I was traveling to and from, and my reason for travel. I asked my dad and a few other guests and no one else was questioned like I was. Then, we went to check out the pool, which was the main reason we picked that place to stay, and it was nasty!!! The pool was green,cloudy, and super slimy. The staff was also very rude and short with me when trying to check in. I'll never stay in a Best Western again.
