What a suprise to find this jewel. Four of us stayed in a Cottage with a lovely view over a large duck pond. Both bedrooms on-suite. The cottage was spacious even with fresh flowers and rusks. Underfloor heating in the bedrooms were already on (nice toutch) and the Cottage was spotless. The Staff could not do enough for us. We had an excelkent 3-course dinner in our Cottage with wine & beer. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. Had a lovely short walk through the farm to the Orange River. My only complaint - the waterflow in the shower was very weak, but the rest made up for it.

A beautiful gem on our road trip! Our room was decorated with stunning French furniture and we had a lovely big verandah to sit on and enjoyed watching the flurry of birds in the nearby trees.
We were disappointed that the Stables restaurant was closed, but got take aways which were delivered in a few minutes.
