The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. Wanda Plaza is just across the street, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The room was clean and incredibly spacious. All in all, it was a great experience! I'll definitely recommend it to more friends visiting Xi'an.

Absolutely blown away! Self check-in on my phone was a breeze. The facial recognition door lock felt super secure and convenient. The room itself was stylish and modern, and the smart features were incredible. Voice control for lights, AC, TV, and even the curtains was fantastic, and the smart toilet was a nice touch. I was also pleasantly surprised by the water-activated toothbrush – no toothpaste needed! Every part of my stay was full of delightful surprises and a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place; I'll definitely be looking for this hotel chain on my next trip!

The hotel staff are very helpful with check-in as soon as you enter, and you don't need a room card to enter or leave, so you'll never have to worry about losing your room card again. 1. What if you're outside or don't have your room card? The room is very clean and tidy. 2. They offer complimentary snacks and afternoon tea, which is very nice and delicious. They also have Bingfeng (a local soft drink), which is quite good. This hotel is highly recommended. (Xiao Jie, Xiao He)

The hotel is of high quality. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and environment, especially the bedding in the room which was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was really soft. The hotel's facilities and equipment are also very comprehensive. The front desk even offers laundry and drying services, which made my trip much more convenient. The front desk staff were also very responsive to requests and available 24/7, ready to help with any issues at any time. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Extended checkout until 3 PM based on room availability: Haven't used it yet, but it seems like a better deal than other hotels.

酒店地理位置挺好的，就在西北政法大學對面，酒店的智能語音小包特別好用，他這個小包可以幫我開關空調關燈關窗簾，開投影關投影，而且最欣慰的一點是我感覺酒店房間裏的枕頭和床墊非常的舒服，而且入住期間也不會有噪音，隔音總體來説效果挺好的，就是健身房和洗衣房連在一起，但是給我一種麻雀雖小 五臟俱全給我一種感覺，我恰好是來這邊學習的，這周圍我感覺做什麼都挺方便的，離地鐵口也近，周圍的商業設施也挺齊全，而且最讓我感動的就是酒店很貼心的為我們準備了洗面奶和水乳，雖然都是基礎款，但是在這個價位的的酒店非常欣慰的，而且入住全程也不受到打擾，我每次有需要，都會直接呼叫前台在智能語音，讓她們幫我處理，總體來説這次入住期間的整體體驗都是很不錯的，大家都很熱情，前台的小姑娘和客房大姐都特別有禮貌，全程都在微笑服務，不錯不錯，下次還會來住的
