The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and always welcome guests with a warm smile. They proactively assist me with my luggage with me asking. From airport take metro line 14 stop at WENJINGSHANGONGYUAN the hotel is just opposite the road. One stop away from High Speed Train Station. GREAT LOCATION!! Breakfast is delicious and with wide variety of choices. WIFI is good.

I give it 5 stars and 8 stars this time. I booked it because it is Ramada and it is very close to Xi'an North Station. Ramada is trustworthy. When I first entered the hotel, Ms. Yang greeted me and the toilet seat and other things that were not in the room were delivered quickly. Before I arrived, I was asked if I needed the air conditioning and heating to be turned on. I am a person who is very afraid of cold. I was very warm about this. I was so warm that I didn't give a bad review on some of the guest rooms and hygiene details. I hope that the hygiene will be better and the guest service will be better next time I stay there! ! !

I told you in advance that I was bringing children. It was very close to Huaxia Culture and Tourism Ocean Park. The room was clean and sanitary, and there was an air purifier. The room had a great atmosphere. The front desk lady heard me not to let children eat candy, and helped my baby get a lot of biscuits. The service was also very good. However, the room was on the 2nd floor, so it was inevitable that it would be noisy, but I didn't expect that there would be quite a lot of people checking in in the middle of the night 😂 The worst thing was that the parking space was tight the night before I left the hotel, so I parked in a relatively narrow parking space. When I left the next morning, I accidentally scratched the tire on the cement tile platform under the electronic parking pole. I spent another 500 yuan to change a tire, and I didn't have time to go to Foping Panda Valley 😭

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

Amazing hotel, we requested for late checkout and the receptionist extended for us as our flight is at night. Overall clean and big room. Will come back to stay again.

I took my children to play together during the New Year. It was about ten minutes drive from Huaxia Cultural Tourism. It was very convenient. It was very conscience if the price was not increased during the New Year. During the New Year, the hotel's souvenirs are also very local and really friendly to tourists. Special thanks to the front desk lady Jiayue Yue, for upgrading the suite for me for free, there is a large bathtub, and the night view of the room is invincible. The children are very happy. The overall facilities of the hotel are new, clean and hygienic, and it is safe to live with children. The service staff are also polite and welcoming, great stay experience

After a 14 hours train journey, I needed to be treated like a princess, and I was treated like one. I was collected from the station by the hotel 's van which was such a relief! Mr He, the driver, made sure he would find me and was a great escort. Communications were excellent. A fantastic service. And I was driven back to the station the next day in the same super efficient manner. Then I was greeted by Miss Xu and Mr Liu at reception who were so kind and welcoming, it was midnight by then and I could barely stand on my feet. The room itself was the most comfortable and elegant I've experienced so far in my trip around China. I wish I'd had time to stay a little longer. Very much recommended.

The hotel and all staff members are totally amazing!! After a long 7 day work week, this was the perfect staycation I could have wished for. Most staff from the porters, checkin desk, spa and restaurant speak some level of English, which was impressive. I came here to unwind and celebrate my birthday, and being in a relatively new city, felt emotional, but a massive thank you to Tina Wang (Foqianru) who arranged for a beautiful birthday cake to be delivered to my room and also invited me to the club house to have snacks and coffee on my birthday, all free of charge, you really made my day special and rememberable, thank you! I finished my 2 night stay with a wonder body scrub and massage at the spa on the 7th floor. The manager, Jackie, who spoke great English, was super helpful and assisted me in booking the treatment on Dianping so I was able to get it at the promotional price. The masseuse was Thai, and gave a wonderfully relaxing massage, thank you! The service at both the Commune and Char restaurants was excellent, staff were very attentive. The pool and sauna area was stylish, clean and very well maintained. Thank you to the checking in staff who upgraded my room and gave me a late checkout time. I will definitely return!!

Me and my b.f came to xi’an for tour it was my first time , we stayed for two nights at holiday inn hotel and this hotel gave us a great experience first of all the hotel is very clean, room is so warm during winter very nice and clean bedsheets, I slept like a little baby 😂 . toilet is dope , receptionist are very friendly and the food wow , I would definitely come again.
