The hotel has a good environment. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt that it was really good. The room was bright, clean, and had no odor. The room had free mineral water and free tea. The kettle was clean, had no odor, and basically had everything you need. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. He introduced us to the places to eat and the surrounding food. I liked the lady at the front desk. There is also a free parking lot at the door. I was very happy to visit Xi'an this time. The hotel was also very cost-effective. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will stay in his hotel. It's close to Xi'an. North Station is also close.

The butler Xiao Li’s service is great. I came to the hotel early in the morning and put my luggage at the front desk. I have clothes that need to be washed. The housekeeper Xiao Li helped me wash the clothes and hung them in the room. He also sent a message to tell me about the luggage. It was also sent to the room, and I really responded to everything. Before returning to the hotel, I said that I needed to take a bath. The housekeeper Xiao Li put the bathtub membrane on and put the bath water away. The temperature was very suitable. I told her that I was not feeling well because of the hot weather. Considering whether I was suffering from heat stroke, she sent Huoxiangzhengqi water to the room and told me to drink it when I went back to the hotel. I told her that I needed three quilts, and she would arrange for my aunt to deliver them immediately. The room was thoughtfully equipped with toiletries for three people, bath towels and towels, and a piece of fruit was delivered to the room at night, and there must be a response when I send a message. She will always care about my physical condition. The service of the young lady is really good. Well, it's really considerate, it's hard to come across such hotel service. After a 14 hours train journey, I needed to be treated like a princess, and I was treated like one.
I was collected from the station by the hotel 's van which was such a relief!
Mr He, the driver, made sure he would find me and was a great escort. Communications were excellent. A fantastic service.
And I was driven back to the station the next day in the same super efficient manner.
Then I was greeted by Miss Xu and Mr Liu at reception who were so kind and welcoming, it was midnight by then and I could barely stand on my feet.
The room itself was the most comfortable and elegant I've experienced so far in my trip around China.
I wish I'd had time to stay a little longer.
Very much recommended.

What a great experience!
Because of my deep love for Chang'an City in the Han and Tang Dynasties, and because of the blessing of two subways, I chose the hotel closest to these two attractions before I came. But what impressed me the most was the design of this hotel: the carriage in the lobby on the first floor, the mirrored pavilion at the corner, the relief sculpture of eight rivers surrounding Chang'an, are you coming in the elevator hall on the 38th floor, the statue of the maid in the lobby bar, etc. I was impressed.
Because it is a newly opened hotel in 2023, the facilities are first-class. I originally thought that the room must have a decoration smell, but it didn't. And the room has an air purifier. During this stay, I experienced their gym, especially the panoramic treadmill, which was great to be connected to my mobile phone. If you have a chance next time, try the sky swimming pool, it’s boundless. Because it is the Christmas and New Year period, the Christmas decorations are very high.
The hotel's breakfast and registration lobby are both on the 38th floor. It feels very good. The meals facing the sun in the morning are also very rich. The whole thing is clean and tidy. Beef noodles are good

Good location near lots of restaurants. A short walk to the metro line that can take you to Xi'an North train station in about 4 stops. Not super close to other tourist attractions in Xi'an such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda but the metro line takes you there as well. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I have stayed in Atour hotels in the past and would definitely don't in the future.

The room is clean, stylish and beautiful. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. There is free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby all day long for guests to enjoy. The girl Yiyi at the front desk He Xiaoying was very polite and gave hot mineral water as a gift after leaving the hotel. It was very considerate. The transportation is convenient and it is very convenient to take a taxi. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and will highly recommend it to my relatives and friends‼ ️👍👍👍

The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights!
While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us.
We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile!
Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

It's a good hotel that doesn't need any explanation.In front of the hotel, in the lobby, and on each floor, sculptures and paintings by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese artists are displayed. Personally, I like Korean artist, Son Bongchae's painting in the center of hotel lobby. I strongly recommend this Ritz Carlton in Xian.The best hotel in Xian.

GGuest UserI have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

1. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so it is very convenient for traveling, eating and shopping.
2. The room is quite spacious, and the 2-meter large bed is very comfortable to sleep on.
3. The heating in the room is very good, and the igloo is very warm in winter.
shortcoming
1. The house is not very clean. There are dust particles on the floor. It feels like it has not been wiped. There are hairs left by the previous guest on the bathroom basin, conditioner bottle and floor drain. Moreover, I stayed for 6 days. The hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor drain have never been cleaned. On the first day of check-in, one of the towels had two dirt marks. Later, new towels were changed every day and no dirt was found. In short, the cleaning was very good. Bluff.
2. This hotel is in a commercial-residential apartment building. Each floor is shared by several hotels and other residents. You can't sleep in during the day, as decoration starts at about nine o'clock.

BinBin was excellent in helping us find our way around and book attractions and tours because we can't speak Chinese well. She always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed the lobby too.
