I am a local in Xi'an. The room is booked for friends from other places. I am very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and convenient transportation! Good, worth recommending

Hygiene: The hygienic maintenance of the hotel room deserves praise. After staying for 6 days, the waiter cleaned the room every day. Bath towels, towels and toiletries were replenished and replaced in time. And the waiter greeted me very kindly and replenished drinking water. Environment: The interior environment of the hotel is simple and clean. The hotel is located on the main traffic road of Xingqing Road, opposite the east gate of Xingqing Park. There is a bus stop at the door of the store, and the transportation to the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda tourist attractions is very convenient. There are many special snacks in Xi'an not far away, such as mutton soup bun, cold skin, roujiamo, and water basin mutton. The taste and brand are very authentic. Service: The front desk clerk is very warm and polite, and the business is proficient. The check-in and check-out procedures are simple and fast, and they also took the initiative to help me with the delayed check-out, which is very considerate. The room attendant is also very polite. Facilities: The hotel's facilities are simple but very practical. There is a lounge on the first floor. If you need to wait for the room to be cleaned, you can have tea and take a rest in the lounge. There are also fitness equipment and free self-service laundry and drying equipment on the first floor, which are convenient and comfortable to use. The restaurant is on the second floor. In addition to the normal Chinese food, the hotel's noodles with gravy are worth recommending, which is a very good feature.

This Novotel Xian Hotel is in a very strategic location near the MRT station, next to a mall and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Love this place. Overall the service is good, there are only a few comments: * if you like going to karaoke or going to the cinema, then you will like the dimly lit room theme with very minimal lighting, unfortunately my family and I are not comfortable with minimal room lighting, the room is dark. * If you like going to the SPA to soak in hot and cold water, then you will like the unstable condition of the hot water for bathing (shower) because it sometimes flows hot and cold water alternately. Unfortunately, my family and I don't like going to SPA, so this condition is a little annoying. * The thing that is very disturbing is that THE ROOM HAVE NO AC (Air Conditioner)... I have asked the staff, the information is that the AC facilities have not been activated in April, and please open a small window if the room feels hot. I thought it was April Fool's Day, but it turned out that staying 3 nights without AC made me sleep uncomfortable because it was hot even though the window was open, not to mention the noise of traffic at night which disturbed my sleep. Maybe I was careless in not reading the information when booking this room, but it seems I didn't find clear information that there were no AC facilities in April. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in a 4 star hotel or above that doesn't have AC, LOL. My advice to potential guests is to be careful if you want to book this hotel, better check and recheck. Breakfast so so, you can try Xian traditional food here.

The hotel environment is good. There is a bar in the lobby where you can have afternoon tea. The decoration style is unique. The front desk staff is very good. We booked a regular room, but it was a bit too small for children. Supervisor Shi Bin helped coordinate a parent-child room. Wang Keying and Liu Jialei checked us in quickly and gave our children sachets to repel mosquitoes. The children liked it very much. There is a robot to deliver takeout, so you don’t have to run a trip. When checking out, the manager Zhang Hui helped call a car to take the luggage. The service is thoughtful. Thank you very much🙏🏻

In the summer vacation, take the children to visit Xi'an Jiaotong University and Northwestern Polytechnical University, and visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the First Emperor of Qin and the Everbright City of the Tang Dynasty. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient. It is 150 meters away from the subway entrance. Overall, it was a pleasant trip. The downside is that the amount of water in the hotel bath is too small, it is recommended to improve.

We booked this hotel online for the National Day holiday. It's a 5-minute walk from the subway to the hotel. There's a snack street at the door, which is very lively. You can tell it's in the downtown area. The transportation to the attractions is very convenient, and the subway can reach them. The front desk service is good. Seeing that we brought children, we upgraded the room type for free, and also reminded us of the weather conditions and travel routes. They were very patient and thoughtful. The room was clean and hygienic. Disposable toiletries, disposable toilet mats, free mineral water, and the area was enough. After all, it's within the second ring road of the city. I am very satisfied with the softness and hardness of the mattress, which is very friendly to lumbar patients. Highly recommended
