Far exceeded expectations. I have stayed in Holiday Inns all over the country, but none of them have as good service as this Greenland Holiday Inn in Xi'an. I highly recommend it! (IHG Diamond Card, Ctrip Black Diamond endorsement!) I have stayed in Westin, Renaissance, Sheraton, JW Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton Garden Inn in Xi'an, and this one is the best!

The hotel service is very good. Yaya called in advance to inquire about the arrival time and room requirements and made arrangements in advance. It was very considerate. The room was large and the view was great. The decoration style of the room was simple and practical. I liked it very much. It was a very good stay experience.

Convenient transportation, subway is just outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The room is relatively clean and the soundproofing is also good. There are few people at breakfast, the variety of dishes is OK, and the taste is average. I booked the IHG exclusive price specifically, but there was no welcome drink or fruit, and no room upgrade. The Gaoxin South Express the day before and the InterContinental the day after both recognized diamond members in advance and upgraded the room type. It may be related to the peak season. I hope it can be a reference for other IHG members.

The hotel is near the Second Ring Road. If you use the navigation to the Second Ring Road, you can't get a taxi. You can only find the dental hospital next to it. The location of the hotel is good. It is not far from SEG and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. However, I stayed during the National Day holiday. The room was over 500 and there was no breakfast. Overall, it was OK.

It was my first time to hold a conference in Xi'an. This place is very close to the exhibition. The Holiday Inn is actually integrated with another hotel. Maybe there were not many people. I also had breakfast in that hotel. I didn't have time to go to the gym. I wanted to check out later, but I couldn't coordinate it. I could only check out in the morning.
