The location is excellent. It located very close to MRT and attractive places. We can go everwhere easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. The staff are kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this place.

1：電詢位置，前台報的酒店後門電梯，後門上樓沒有明顯的前台指示標。
2：入住辦理完報房號報錯，口報房號和實際有誤。房卡還沒做好，這種失誤應該嗎？
3：客訴處理倒是蠻及時
衞生：
放水的枱面有水漬.其他沒細看.
環境：隔音一般.內窗的房間很悶.
設施：就是普通連鎖的品質.床墊挺硬的
總結：
我定的積分抵扣前268的基礎大床，到店換基礎雙床又加收50的升級費用。就是300塊給了一個內窗的房間。哦對了還不帶早，還是淡季。後來倒是給換了一個有窗的（這是沒給全1的唯一理由。）
位置是個賣點，但運營好像不是這麼玩的吧？感覺像是一鎚子買賣，一把坑死你下次別再來？

The hotel is very convenient. Located near the subway and the attractions. The Muslim quarters are nearby. Many eateries and shops. We had a great stay.

乾淨， 位置好， 附近多美食，隔音良好， 有小度AI 操作。
唯獨房間没有冰箱及全身鏡和暖氣不會運作， 只會出風
厠所有些尿味，可能是厠所板的膠吸收了尿味
但整體也是良好的！ CP 值很高

Hotel at the 6 floor which difficult to find at the first time. Hotel on the good location near subway station and street food. Staff can speak English and very helpful. Free for washing machine.
