The place was compact but well-equipped with everything a home should have. It was conveniently located near coffee shops and small eateries, with a convenience store right below our apartment. Foreign visitors should note that registration at the local police station is required for the rental contract, as it couldn’t be done online during our stay—hopefully, this process will become more convenient in the future. Uncle Teddy was friendly and approachable, and he kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we highly appreciated.

A little south of Yongning Gate, close to Xi'an SKP, and a little further south is Nanshao Gate, which is very convenient for travel. It is in an apartment building, and there are many young people living here. The sanitation conditions of the homestay are very good, and all kinds of furniture are clean and tidy as soon as you enter the door.

This has been without a doubt the best accommodation in all of China. It is super clean, very well equipped, comfortable and also quiet.
Location: unbeatable, close to the subway and places of interest that you can walk to.
Services: everything works perfectly (hot water, AC, appliances)
In addition, Teddy, the owner, is a super kind and helpful person. He speaks perfect English and can help you with anything you need. Not only did he help us with an Alipay configuration, but he also told us what transportation to take and suggested places to visit that we didn't know about.
Everything has been great and we will stay here again. Thanks Teddy! ☺️
