Very nice hotel, very friendly service staffs, including airports pick up driver．my one night comfortable stay at this time, I would like to thank Anna for her great efforts on detailed arrangements,such as room upgrade、pick-up reservation．

The room facilities are comfortable, the faucets are very unique, and the housekeeper Jiani's service is enthusiastic. The hotel I chose when I came to Xi'an this time is cost-effective and good. The entire hotel staff training is really good, and the staff's service awareness is very good. I often stay in hotels on business trips, and this hotel is considered to be in the first echelon.

When I got off the bus at the hotel entrance, I was shocked by the grand and professional welcome. Although it was very grand, I could feel everyone's professionalism and enthusiasm. We needed a non-smoking room, but it was too early to arrange it. The front desk arranged a room on the ladies floor for us. Thank you so much. We are really afraid of the smell of smoke. Special thanks to Miss Song who took us to the room, Qiao Han, the spirited guy who delivered the courier and enthusiastically informed us of nearby delicious food, and the professional and capable lady with a gold key on her collar at the front desk (she should have suggested arranging the ladies' floor room. Thank you☺️) The facilities in the ladies' room are really considerate for ladies, especially the removable makeup mirror that doesn't need to be plugged in. But maybe because it's a ladies' room, there are some long hairs that don't belong to us where the slippers are placed in the closet, so we might need to be more careful when cleaning.

The hotel's upgraded suites are as supportive as ever! Another small suggestion: the curtains are not very good at blocking out light, so I recommend replacing them.

The service was very good. Our flight was delayed until about 10 o'clock, and we were delayed for half an hour in picking up our luggage. However, the pick-up driver was patient and responsible. When we waited for us at 11 o'clock, the room housekeeper also thoughtfully prepared fruits for us, and the room also helped us. The hotel feels good to stay in. I booked it on behalf of a friend from out of town who came to Xi'an. My friend personally experienced that the service was very good and received rave reviews. The main reason is that it is close to my home and it is more convenient to travel. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is also good. It is very good to receive friends. The room was renewed.
