It was a pleasant surprise of my hotel stay in recent trip to Xi'an.The hotel located near the Metro and at the ancient wall. There are plenty of restaurants and street food around the hotel. The hotel rooms and outfit in general are relatively new. The highlight is really The friendly staff of the hotel. Each time I go in or out the hotel lobby, I always received friendly greetings, one special mention is to the room service lady 宋瑞芝 whose provide the extraordinary service clean the room promptly and provide me an extra bottle water in the hot summer day.

Overall, it was a good experience. 3min by foot from metro station. Room is clean but quite small but ok for one person. Sadly toilet was clogged but they fixed it as soon as I complained about it.

Great breakfast and great service. We arrived late at night and were checked in promptly. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. My only one comment is that some guests smoke in the hallway despite non-smoking signs there. For those who do not enjoy being second hand smokers, choose the non-smoking option for less smokey rooms. Some smells may still waft into your non-smoking rooms.

The hotel has convenient transportation, is close to the subway entrance, and parking is also convenient. There is a large parking lot in the backyard. When I walked into the lobby, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The staff also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The room was very good overall, large and spacious. It was also close to the city wall, and it was very convenient to take a walk at night. I will come again in the future!

It is also an old hotel, which has been renovated several times. It looks OK inside. The tatami room I booked is small, but the mattress is quite comfortable to sleep on. The service attitude of the front desk is good, responsive, patient and enthusiastic. The soundproofing effect of the room is average. The crying child next door can be heard, which affects the rest!!!

The location is very good, the room is very clean and well-arranged (small and exquisite), it is just next to Exit A of Yuxiangmen Subway Station, and it is very convenient to go to any tourist attraction. Fruits and snacks are given away every day, the front desk and waiters are very polite, and the Chinese restaurant on the second floor is also very good. Worth recommending

It is next to the ancient town and has convenient transportation. The room facilities are complete and the environment is elegant. It is very close to the subway entrance. The city wall is right outside the door. It takes only one kilometer to walk to Sajin Bridge. The staff service is very warm. The lady also gave me a free upgrade, which is very good👍

It's a good place for two people to stay for a family trip. The sanitation is very clean, the waiter cleans in time, mineral water is free, and it's not far from the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. It's very convenient to take a taxi. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is quite good in terms of food and service. The front desk service is also in place. The conditions are good, mainly because it is very affordable during the National Day tourist season. Satisfied!
