和朋友一起來的，剛好碰到朋友的生日，我們就在外面過生日去了，沒想到回酒店，房間給放了一盤精美水果，旁邊還寫了一張祝賀卡，還挺感動的，我以為是統一打印的，一看不是，底下還有簽名，寫的是前台小黃，確實用心做的就是不一樣

酒店一進去味道就香香的，看着也乾乾淨淨，主要是地理位置很好，確實是地鐵口不像有的酒店，説是地鐵口還得走2里路，前台小黃很好，給我介紹了一家吃飯的味道還挺和我的口味的，感謝

我們是從外地自駕游來到西安，來西安的途中我選的這家酒店，真的讓我挺意外的，辦理入住的時候，前台的美女就主動幫我升級了房型，説是雙面採光的，面積大一些，我在攜程上面一對比，確實比我自己訂的好太多了，旁邊還有一位小姐姐幫我們倒了薑茶，我説了句挺好喝的，小姐姐就幫我用他們倒飲品的杯子幫我接了一杯，服務真的是讓人感到特別暖心。來西安的途中，一路的風景也特別美，到了酒店讓人感覺也很舒心，以後朋友如果來西安，一定推薦她來這家酒店!

這家酒店前台工作人員給我留下了深刻的印象!酒店的服務細緻入微，前台工作人員在我入住前就提前溝通，瞭解我的需求。入住時的引導和介紹也十分詳盡。第二天退房，想着能不能延遲退房，前台小劉立馬就同意了，服務真的特別好，能為每一位客户考慮周到。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨雅緻，有一種家的温馨感。酒店位置相當便利，周邊有公交站和地鐵站，出行方便。附近還有超市和葯店。總之，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗!
