Fantastic customer service, really appreciate the assistance from the bilingual staff members! Booked two nights on Trip, then extended my stay directly with the hotel who price matched my initial two nights. Extensive breakfast, both local and western. Small but functional gym. The hotel is 18 minutes from the metro, but it’s a walkable distance, however, once you’re on the metro, it’s easy to navigate to the major sites. The hotel lobby is quite fancy and the room is lovely. Recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel. The staff is always trying to fulfill the wishes of the guests, they are very friendly and helpful. I was helped to order cabs, to order food and with other information. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space.
