We didn't come across with any of the problems that some foreigners was telling here.For the money you pay it is excellent place of stay.Yes, nothing is ideal but it is good place to stay in Xi'an, location is good and quite authentic, hidden away from morden busy street and if one have problem to find it-just talk to people,use translaters and one will be fine.
And for the owner: please do not be angry for foreigners,they are all different 😉.
The place on the map is correct,there is shower and toilet together but I don't see the problem as this system is used in many hotels I stayed in before,airconditoner in the room,TV,room is not big but that's more than enough,clean.No problems with the owner.
So,I think it's a good choice for Xi'an.
