The hotel was difficult to find. It's in a tall building on Level 10. No signage of OYO on the ground floor so one might need to ask around if unsure. The room was not as described (single room with window). It had no window and the bathroom was smelly. Reception also could not speak English. Hot water was hit and miss. Luckily the weather was hot in Xi'an so morning shower was not a chore. Wifi reliability was so-so. It might die randomly but for simple usage, it worked fine (ironic given it is advertised as a 'business hotel'). Overall, you get what you paid for.

This hotel is really good, with good hygiene and good service. Although the room is small, it is well-equipped. The overall environment is also good. There is food below and the transportation is convenient. I recommend everyone to stay and experience it.
