Excellent price for the location. This is literally just a few steps from the main attractions and the stations. I couldn’t ask for more.
As a traveler who likes windows, the window has some railings so your view is blocked. But I think they do that for safety purpose.

Just awesome! The staff are really helpful and some have very good English. They helped me arrange a tour and even heated my food after we came in with cold food (it’s winter here). The room is cleaned everyday. Location wise, just across the road is The Drum Tower, and it is quiet and peaceful here. Definitely worth the stay! We will come back 👍

I had wonderful experience staying here. They clean the room everyday and changed the bedsheet on daily basis. The location is at the prime spot, just 10 mins walking you can get to Hui Street. The ears were clogged and the receptionist pointed me the a pharmacy which is just 5 mins walk close to Subway entrance.

The hotel condition was great, super clean, close to the metro station, staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they let us do an early check in, also they helped us with directions with paper notes. I did laundry Wich was complementary on the hotel. Definitely recommend to pay for the breakfast, totally worthy for the price. I liked everything of this hotel, can't recommend it enough.

Hotel was situated on an alleyway side street, but within a short walk to the subway which was convenient. Nearby are also many street food stalls and it is within walking distance to most of the places of interest, like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, grand mosque, Muslim quarters etc
Room and shower are ok with comfortable bedding.
Breakfast is ample for both eastern and western palate.

Very convenient location at the city center near the Belltower. The room is clean, comfortable, and most importantly, smells nice. The staff speaks English. I was very pleased with the availability of a European breakfast, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, bacon, croissants and black coffee.

Hotel staff are very friendly and provide good service for check-in, room satisfaction, call transport and answer sightseeing queries. Breakfast is good and value for money.Daily room cleaning is very good.

It's 10/10 for us. Great location and cozy room. I will fully recommend to stay in Campanile if you arrive in Xi'an. The location is convenient for public transport, but not in too crowded side of street. There were many options for foods and coffee shops in the area. Staff responds fast, service is good. Thanks Campanile for making our trip convenient!

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Road to the hotel is closed for construction but other than that very near to food and main places of attractions.

Very happy with my stay here. Services of the hotel were splendid, the staffs were able to communicate in English, convenient location esp for us, Muslim family with kids; we find it very accomodative and easy access to all public transportations!

Accross Moslem street so it is easy to find food and attraction but quiet enough at night.
Very clean, good size for bedroom and bathroom
They help with transportation and their english is enough for communication. There are water dispenser but they will give free water everyday.
The first day i smell smoke and pee but i think that depend on the guest. The hotel already try to clean.

Great location except it was in a smaller alley way so harder for taxi to get in, otherwise this hotel is in a perfect location close to the Muslim quarter and the drum/bell towers.
The room was clean and the service was great. Bonus point for having a free 24hr laundry room, altho I do wish they have at least 2 sets of the washer/dryer because we spent half a day waiting “in line” for the washer and dryer.
