the location is excellent as very close to metro station. Wise to travel from xi an shi to lintong by metro. It's very convenient. The room is big and clean.

I stayed here for two nights and can’t say enough good things about it. The room is big and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe the amenities are nicer than many hotels in the same price range. The breakfast has many vegetable options which I like (but not vegetarian, as they are cooked in animal fats or broth). The location is unbeatable if you come to watch the late night show of Song of Eternal Regret (长恨歌）like me， - it is only a stroll to and from the theater which is located in the famous Huaqing Palace, I recommend this hotel without reservation.

The parent-child room we stayed in was upgraded for free by the front desk. The children were very excited and happy. They liked the small tent, which was beautiful, made of good materials, and had a large space. The supplies in the room were all configured for three people, and there was a luxury large bathtub, smart toilet, electric curtains, and a food delivery robot. The transportation was also good. There was a bus in the city that went west and took a round trip to the Terracotta Warriors for 2 yuan. The breakfast was good, with a variety of vegetables and fruits, and a rich selection of staple foods.

The location is very good. There is a subway station right outside the hotel. The hotel cleaning staff is very friendly. They greeted us and gave us two extra bottles of water. However, the air conditioning system is not very good. Even after changing the room, it still didn't cool down.

This time, on my first night in downtown Xi'an, I accidentally booked a hotel of this brand on Ctrip. I felt that the cost-effectiveness, hygiene, service and facilities were all good. I didn't want to spend time comparing and choosing, so I booked hotels of this brand near different scenic spots. However, I found that there is still room for improvement in the management of this (Terracotta Warriors) store, especially the shower water pressure and shower head maintenance, which should be at least consistent with that of the (Zhongchilou) store. Now other brands such as Aduo and Vienna attach great importance to this customer experience!

The air conditioner didn't cool. After turning it on for four or five hours, the temperature didn't drop. The room was very stuffy and hot. The child was sweating all over. I called the front desk and he also felt hot. I called a technician at around 10 o'clock and he said the filter was clogged. I fixed it, but it was still stuffy at night.

The room is nice, the breakfast is even richer, it's just outside the subway line, one stop to Huaqing Hot Spring to watch the Song of Everlasting Regret. It's very convenient to live here. There is a local restaurant next door, the price is cheap and affordable

Maybe this is the standard of Campanile Hotel. The front desk service is very average. There is basically no service when there are many people checking in. The first time I went to the front desk to open an hourly room, the front desk directly told me that there was no room. I stayed in the room, and the next person could not check in without even an apology. They didn't even ask me if I had a reservation or if I had placed an order. Later, I went out and contacted the Ctrip platform customer service to help verify and told me that I could stay again. I called the front desk and the front desk said that as long as I had placed an order, I could stay. I didn't say I had placed an order just now. I really want to say that when checking in, don't you ask if there is a reservation? Can't the hotel computer see if there is an hourly room order? Maybe the hourly room is cheap and not worth the good service. It feels like they are impatient and don't want to pay attention to you when you mention the hourly room. In short, I always think that the service of Jinjiang's big brand chain hotels should be good, including Vienna and IU, which I often stayed in before, but I was completely disappointed this time. It's not as good as a small hotel for dozens of yuan. It's also a chain hotel, but it's not as good as Hanting and Four Seasons. These services are half as good. I won't go there next time. It's a thunderbolt.

The hotel is close to the Huaqing Hot Spring Scenic Area in Mount Li, and you can walk there. There are food nearby, and the room is OK. I left my hat behind and called to find it. It was mailed back to me. They said there was coffee but I didn't drink it, and I didn't have breakfast.

I stayed here to watch Song of Everlasting Regret. There is a subway station downstairs, which is convenient for going out and parking. There are also wonton rice noodles for breakfast, and the dishes are also rich. The hotel room is large, with a bay window, and the service is warm and thoughtful, which is very good.

Clean and tidy, warm service, convenient transportation, right at the subway station exit, parking is also very convenient, only a few hundred meters away from Huaqing Palace, very good value for money
