Best service of the hotel. Really nice. The hotel is the cheapest inside the fortress, strategies location and comfortable room

The best thing about this hotel is the super helpful girls at front desk. Ok, the only good thing. They were very nice to us, when we don't speak Chinese and they don't speak English. Worked with us and talked with translator app. Thank you! Other than that, everything smells of cigarette even in recception I saw someone smoking coming out of the elevator whwre there are signed of no smoking allowed... To be clear, this may be good for some people, not for us. Non-chinese I would recommend to stay away. It was really not what we expected from picture and description. I don't think this hotel is meant for international tourist. I would not go back, I would not recommend. Considering the mould on the walls everywhere and the old carpet in the hallway, the room was clean enough, decent.

they change our room to sixth floor with tatami design..but the room really disappoints us…shower with low pressure water and can’t feel the warm water… The reception look simple,but they are really friendly to help out when we ask for assistance….this is the club opposite luckily it close down so we can sleep nicely at the night..

Clean and location near Metro Station.. Front Desk very kind and helpfull.. recommended...

Room was good and the hotel staff was very friendly, but here have a night club downstairs of hotel, It's can't make you sleep properly.

The hotel is fine, but the pictures are way too flattering. All in all it is clean but decadent, flakey walls and broken things (like the shower nozzle or the shower door). It's cheap, so you get what you pay for, I guess, and our stay wasn't unpleasant. Clean sheets and very kind staff, free laundry service help having a good memory, but the noisy street and the view on a narrow alleyway in front of a tall building don't.

Super helpful staff and a great location - we extended our stay because it was such good value

The walls are a little thin, but our stay at the hotel was pleasant. Toothbrushes, cotton face towels and two bottles of water replaced daily, free laundry service and an incredibly convenient location means I would stay here again if we came back to Xi’an

This hotel was excellent. As a gamer, I would say you have to book here and explore Xi'an while enjoying your PC games. Their service and attitude were very generous and helpful.

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! I loved the shower room, too! 🚿 I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again next time!✌️100% recommended 🎊🎈🤩🤩
