“一果”是迄今為止外出旅遊碰到的最專業最用心最厚道的民宿業主之一，訂之前花了蠻多時間找住的地方，雖然外出旅遊早出晚歸，但是還是希望能住進一家乾淨，交通便利接地氣讓自己有安全感的有地方，入住幾天“一果”讓我體會到自己選對了，出發前店主何先生就發來一份涵蓋西安旅行所需要了解的如何到酒店，包含了自駕，打車，網約車，坐地鐵如何定位的詳細清單，因為酒店位於回民區，周圍網紅店遍地，何先生告訴我們哪些家好吃，哪些需要避坑的手辦，資料準備之詳細讓我歎為觀止，旅遊按照景點遠近設計了合理的線路圖，其實有了這份攻略，自己來西安前可以省略好多自己做攻略的時間，讓我能下高鐵後很絲滑找到入住點，打開房門一室一廳一衞一廚打掃得乾乾淨淨，纖塵不染，床品很新很舒服，備品多樣化就像自己在家一樣，他都替住客想到了，非常用心，廚房裡冰箱內外放滿了純凈水和飲料，自取所需，非常慷慨大方，希望下次來西安再次入住。

超預期的民宿，很温馨且乾淨，房東把各種物資備的很齊全，晚上很安靜，平台小院子很有意境，超喜歡。目前為止這家民宿是住的最讓人省心放心安心開心的！會推薦給想來西安的朋友們！感謝房東！

老闆：熱情。貼心。還沒有到店就發了好多旅遊知識。避免大家踩坑。簡直熱情好客🤓
房間：進去好像回到家一樣。應有盡有。特別是女士的太貼心了。卸粧水。消毒液。洗面奶。洗護用品這些都是好牌子的。拉頭髮的直髮板吹風都有等等。衞生間備有好多一次性的生活用品簡直太棒了。旅遊難免換穿衣服這些衹要住這裏什麼都不要備了。皂粉。洗衣液等一應俱全。
周邊:全是美食。到鐘樓鼓樓城牆都不遠。幾十米就是地鐵站交通方便

無早餐，因位於美食街，周圍都是飲食店，讓住客有更大的自由選擇。一房一廳還有廚房間，客房寬敞，裝飾別緻，住進來，能有一番神思飛越，並有離家又回家的感覺。管家態度很好，第二天換房，因為一樓房客未退房，出門後，他幫着把東西拿至一樓。

評價的有點晚了！也沒來得及拍圖片！但是住了三天 無論從環境 住宿質量 還是老闆的接待都非常滿意 全五星好評！位置很好 就在巷子裏面 懶得走的話 做三蹦子到門口就行 老闆人非常貼心 從路線到周圍吃什麼微信統統告訴你 房間裏衹有你想不到 沒有他沒配備的 水和冰峯也是免費喝 衹要不浪費！下次來西安一定再住！
