I stayed at Crowne Plaza Hotel again. The guest department called me the day before to understand my check-in requirements. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff was very polite, enthusiastic and efficient in checking me in. They also provided a turndown service. The food during happy hour in the executive lounge was ok and I could eat my fill. In short, it was very cost-effective and worth staying again!
